I buy all my TVs and soundbars, etc from Richer Sounds, the service is consistently excellent

I went in to have a look at headphones. I didn’t expect to spend over £200 on a pair, but Daniel was so helpful and knowledgeable. He also gave me quotes for a suitable sound system for an old deck that I have. Great shop.

I believe it was Peter in the Holborn branch, to whom I spoke and placed my order Friday last week. He was extremely helpful.

I wanted some headphones and was very specific about pricing and requirements. I called the store and was served by Elliot who gave excellent advice and was very patient with me and answered by 100 questions without mansplaining.
I am looking forward to receiveing this product.

I misjudged the amount of speaker cable I needed, originally buying 3m rather than the 5m I needed, and rather than charge me for another 5m, I was just charged for the extra 2m when I returned to the shop. There was a slight problem with the banana plugs too, and this was resolved with no fuss, and the whole thing was done efficiently and pleasantly, and I'm listening to music right now through the CD receiver I bought a while back at another Richer Sounds, with my new speakers and all is good :-)

Steve was (still is) brilliant, from the moment I walked into the store. Great customer service, I told him what I liked, he arranged a demo of the equipment within 30 mins. I ended up purchasing a Cambridge Audio Evo 150SE, Focal Aria Evo X No2 and Chord Shawline X as recommended. The system sounds amazing. Thank you Steve!

I need to replace my CD player, I have always used Richer Sounds, so I went to the London Bridge branch. One assistant was speaking to a customer on the telephone which is fine, the other was looking at his phone. After a while I left with the assistant still looking at his phone. I went to the Holborn Branch and OH what a difference. Immediate welcome and they were finding me a new CD player straight away, brilliant service.

I needed an inexpensive DVD player as I had offered to loan some DVDs to my grandson's school. The films were early silent movies that are not available on streaming sites. Richer Sounds Holborn had a DVD player on sale. I telephoned the branch to get information on the player and the accessories that came in the box. Having decided that the player would be perfect for occasional use in Media Studies I was keen to make my purchase. The Holborn staff were happy to set the player aside and I was able to pick it up later the same day.
The school was delighted as now they can show students films that never make it to the streaming platforms because they are simply too niche to find a large audience.
It turns out we grandparents have become a resource for old films and a DVD player still has a use in the online age.
