Richer Sounds - Lichfield Reviews 

We went to this store for one particular model of TV after having researched online beforehand.
The member of staff was very friendly and quickly and correctly sussed that we were looking to buy there and then; he told us that:
They didn't have any in stock (apart from the display model that he offered to use for a discount)
There was a nearby store that did have this model in stock if we needed it the same day.
We could buy today and have it shipped to us the following day.

No hard sell, some good conversation, and presenting us various options - this was a genuinely great experience!

The delivery went very smoothly too.

Overall the experience HAS to be Five Stars :)

Can’t praise the team In Lichfield enough - recently bought a Sony TV and they were knowledgeable, so helpful, friendly and even though they did not have the TV in their store I still had it the following day. This is why I always use Richer Sounds.

Dawn , whom I found out later is the manager, was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I was a returning customer but my first time in the Lichfield branch. I had an idea of the tv I wanted but Dawn steered me to an Oled tv which is brilliant. A big shout out to Andy who installed the tv and was absolutely ace. Another triumph Richer sounds. I have written to you Julian !!

James was very patient and very informative on what i required.
The equipment i bought was over budget but just what i wanted it is excellent. I had Ben come out to install it who was also informative and professional.

One thing with Richer Sounds you always know what you are getting.Helpful ,polite and always very knowledgeable staff. Through tele sales or shop staff.I ordered this time through tele sales and was delivered before time which was nice to have.

Luca listened to my amplifier challenge, suggested things to improve the signal going in and suggested the whole system would be 'bright'.

Tha person who answered the phone was able to help this elderly customer to buy a television over the phone.He was so pleasant and knowledgeable without ever being patronising.
We were fortunate that the man who installs sets was available the same day .He,too, was friendly and professional !and explained how to use the new set clearly and slowly.

Purchased a LG TV from Lichfield store which is a long drive and when I got home found the TV had a smashed screen, when I tried to get a replacement found the store closed in the week for two days. My partner who collected the replacement on third day told me he was very impressed with the customer service and replacement process therefore I have revised my review. The replacement is working perfectly.

The staff were really honest in their opinions of different tv's which helped us make the the right choice for us. I would go back to them again for any other pieces of kit.

Great service from Tom at the Lichfield branch. He was extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations about products I should consider; one of which I purchased. First time I have used Richer Sounds but in future it will be my go to place for all my AV needs

It’s the second time I have bought from Richer Sounds and also the second time dealing with Tom at the Lichfield store.
Richer Sounds are lucky to have such a knowledgeable, helpful and all round good guy.
From understanding my needs, recommending the right products, ordering and sorting delivery he did it all efficiently and with personality and panache. A couple of questions and teething troubles were explained and sorted with aplomb too.
It appears RS nurture and train their staff to a high level, and in this day of quick anonymous sales it’s great that you can still get fabulous customer service from great people.
I will definitely be seeking out RS and Tom with my future audio needs.

Staff bent over backwards couldn't have been more patient, helpful and understanding. I had a tight deadline for delivery which they achieved for me. The guys who fitted my tv were fantastic, knowledgeable and did an amazing job.
