Excellent service, Timothy who advised me was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, my purchase came in under budget which was a welcome surprise. Delivery was also excellent came in the time frame advised. Will definitely use Richer Sounds again

Great company to deal with!
Website is easy to use, VIP membership is great and staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Richers is always my first port of call and has been for years. They're happy to set up demos for you, where demo facilities are available. They price match too so you can't lose!

No hassle refund and service
The staff at Lichfield were really understanding, willing to help. I brought a refurbished projector, which I wasn't happy with after three weeks and the have me a refund, hassle free. I was so pleased with the service I purchased another project that day.
