Good click and collect service
Used the click and collect service and item was delivered to my local store very quickly which I was very pleased with. In terms of the packaging it had been sent to the store in, via DPD, it was pretty scant, but no problems and I suppose better environmentally. No carrier bags in store which would have been nice to walk away with but not a problem as I did have a bag on me. Overall, my experience was good & I like to buy all my audio equipment from Richer Sounds. Friendly staff as usual too.

It's great to hear that your Click & Collect order arrived at your local store so quickly and that our team looked after you as well. You're right that we generally ship items in the manufacturer’s packaging, largely to help maintain our green credentials, but I'll certainly mention the carrier bag issue to the store manager to ensure they are replenishing these when needed.

Perfect with information and assistance
My memory of shopping at Richer Sounds from a number of years ago was that the staff were extremely helpful, very non-judgemental (of my relative ignorance), almost frighteningly well-informed and knowledgeable, and pleasant to boot.
Having just made two visits there to purchase an upgrade on my (dumb - and rather agéd) television, it is gratifying and reassuring to find that Richer Sounds still provides the most excellent level of service. Cannot fault them.

In the last few weeks I’ve made 3 purchases from the London Bridge branch. The people you employ are experts. Not only that they are clearly well trained. They ask the right questions if you’re unsure of what to buy. They never try & over sell, a tactic which is popular in Currys et al. I’d like to give special praise to Terry & Malik in the LB branch. They both went above and beyond. Experts & personable.

5* for price. 4* for promised service
Got TV at best price I could find. Chap I spoke to even chucked in next day delivery to me for free plus a further £10 off. No issues with TV. Only issue was the promised free next day delivery did not happen as had not been booked. So got TV 3 days later. Wasn't a big issue as had been prepared to wait anyway but did expect it next day & waited in all for it but it didn't arrive. Hence the 4 stars & not 5.
