The help and advice I received from Matt was probably the best I have ever received from anyone in a store. I really appreciated his assistance. If I was to give him marks out of 10 I would give him 12 !

Great experience. I booked a demo and tried a few options. No time pressure, and backed by a 14 days retun. Great.

I thought the service was good. Matt the salesman in the shop was really helpful and the speakers I bought are very good.

The design and build quality are fab.

The sound is good but after trying the DMS Labs tuning I absolutely love them now, nice and flat EQ with equal representation that sounds brilliant and characterful!

Great value for money at £179 but definitely try the labs tune (available in video 'Nothing CEO reacts to Headphone (1) reviews' at 6:56 )

P.S When the ear cups are flat they will clink together and I've read reports of them chipping away at each other, I've just popped some electrical tape where they touch and that seems to have reduced the impact :)

I contacted Richer Sounds asking for advice regarding a pre-amp for my turntable. The advice I received was spot on as always. Although I ended up buying the pre-amp from Amazon (cos I could get it next day rather than wait til after Easter) I did buy a RCA cable from RS in Manchester. Very pleased with the cable & the advice I received from the team was superb as always.

The headphones are brilliant. The app lets you EQ the sound I like very much recommended. The only fly in the ointment is DPD. I dread deliveries from them. This time was no different. The driver took one look a the flats and drove straight passed. I then had to go and collect from a shop. Despite the fact I was at home and never left the flat. I paid for home delivery. Please stop using DPD as they couldn't a cold in the middle of a Pandemic.

I recently purchased Humax aura EZ 4K FHR-6000T personal video recorder. The superficial nature of the accompanying user manual meant that the procedure for its initial installation and configuration was anything but straightforward.
Following a visit to the Manchester branch of Richer Sounds, the staff quickly resolved my installation problems by offering and delivering a prompt solution.
