I had a problem with a stylus on my new Record Deck which transpired to me probably accidentally causing it to get damaged. Harry explained what precautions need to be taken in ensuring this did not happen again. The stylus was obviously not therefore covered by the insurance but he took a very sympathetic view of the situation and so had a good deal in replacing it. I purchased also a further spare stylus and. Record /: stylus cleaning kit from him.
Brilliant service and arrived within two days. Harry actually sold me the record deck( Audio Technica) previously and great service there too.

I booked our audition of streaming amps and speakers with Euan, and had a great experience throughout the process of listening to each one of the streaming amps through the same speakers. The auditioning room was private and we were never rushed. We would like to thank Euan for making our choice very easy to make. Nothing was a bother during our 1.5hours there.

I searched around for a large screen tv all over the internet and nearby local stores and Richer Sounds offered the best price plus free delivery and most important of all a six year guarantee!
I couldn’t see anyone else offering a six year guarantee so purchasing from them was a no brainer.
The delivery team of two placed the rather large box exactly where I wanted it in my lounge.
I would definitely recommend them.
Also my TV was new for 2026 and they had to get the new stock in which they did within their promised delivery time.

To be honest I had a fantastic experience with Richer sounds. The tv I wanted was out in other stores but I wanted to wait for Richer sounds. I gave them a call left my details and was told I would receive a call when the tv came in. After about a week I received an email from Richer sounds saying my tv would be in on the Wednesday. I put my order in on the Wednesday and unbelievably it arrived on the Thursday. Super fast delivery. All through the order I was supported by the Richer sounds staff keeping me up to date with everything. Because there customer service is of such a high standard, that was one of the reasons I waited for them to get stock rather than buy from someone else a little bit earlier. Fantastic.

Helpful objective advice on a amplifier I brought in. Rapid response on whether it could be repaired at a reasonable cost.(No). New amp delivered to my house next day.

Excellent service from Euan, listened and understood what I required and his product knowledge was perfect. He did a demonstration of the equipment we were interested in which satisfied my requirements. Highly recommend richer sounds. Delivery was also perfect, arriving on time and no hassle.

Friendly and helpful staff from start to finish, my old tv had a fault so had to book a repair, unfortunately it could not be fixed so got a voucher towards a new tv, ordered and delivered within a few days, excellent service and good communications theoughout.

I would like to say a big thank you to Harry and Ethan ( two young lads ) at the Newcastle Store, for helping a not too tech savvy OAP make sense of the modern usb turntables.
After a couple of visits to the store, i felt confident i was ordering the best product for me.
I always prefer to shop in store whenever possible, and Richer Sounds still offer that oppourtunity.

All great from ordering over the phone to delivery. Even a refund when the price dropped.

First time using RS. Good advice given to me instore and they even beat Amazon’s price. I will definitely use again in the future for any audio or visual products. Good delivery as well by their delivery partner, ordered in store at 4pm, delivered the next day, you can’t ask for any better than that.

Ordering was straight forward, delivery was sooner than expected but I was still given enough notice.

The service was quick and friendly. The product i asked for was not available. I was advised by the salesman as to an alternative which he described as 'good as'. He was wrong. They're better and at a lower price.

I had trouble setting up my AT-LP3 turntable thanks to my lack of experience, but popping into my local shop and speaking with one of your shop assistants soon had me diagnose the problem. The product itself is fantastic for the price and my music has never sounded better.

I needed to diagnose what had happened to my surround sound and whether the fault was with my amp or subwoofer. So I visited richer sounds Newcastle and Euan the deputy manager took time to diagnose the problem and guided me to purchase a replacement amp which has significantly improved the sound stage while watching TV or listening to music.
The value comes first from the knowledge of the staff who identify your needs and match the best product for your budget.
Their customer service is excellent and I found them to have the most comprehensive range of quality products in Newcastle.
I will be visiting again soon to get advice for the creation of a new system for a larger room.
