Richer Sounds - Nottingham Reviews 

As usual, the guys at Nottingham Richer Sounds were great and very helpful. The 4 star review is mainly due to the fact that I couldn't see the Hisense 75in tv in action before buying and had to rely on comments on the Richer Sounds reviews and in-store advice. After a few days with the tv on the wall at home it's taken quite some time to get the picture quality right, with alot of backlight issues to resolve. Overall I'm impressed with the tv but the inconsistent backlighting on the panel have been annoying.

Ordered an LG television from you guys as you quite simply were the most competitive in terms of price and could not have been more helpful on the telephone (Nottingham shop). In addition, your customer service and knowledge of the product were outstanding. I ordered the product lunchtime on Monday and received it the very next day at 0800. Superb service from start to finish.

Fabulous service from richer sound in Nottingham. They helped my mum pick the right tv for them. The staff were knowledgeable, super helpful including carrying the tv to the car. They took the old tv in to recycle and helped me when I couldn’t connect to get channels. Absolutely first class service again from them. Thank you so much

I called the Richer Sounds Nottingham team regarding the compatibility of a new Marantz CD6007 player with my existing Staljes NS3 active speakers. The technical advise was positive, thorough and just what I wanted to hear. Following the conversation I placed the order for the CD player online and collected from store the following day. In summary, positive advice, easy shopping and very professional service.

When buying speakers you need to hear them. When we visited the store they advised us on options and set them up so we could hear them with music that we would play. No pressure to buy there and then. We purchased them a few days later. Good expertise and demo with great customer service and price. You can’t ask for more.

Excellent experience in the shop I don’t think the seller went far enough to show how to set it up. The instructions are very all over the place which I have no knowledge of following.

Always receive a good service. Good customer focus. Repairs department never got back to me which was annoying. However, AVR replaced after the repair failed to rectify the problem and turn around was swift and very professional once I chased up thanks.

We visited the Nottingham shop and were greeted by Dave. His approach was friendly, helpful and professional and it was clear that he was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy and he listened carefully to our questions. Our previous TV was 18 years old, and technology has moved on massively over that period. Dave was able to help us with answers to questions about using a new TV with some of our older equipment. He took time to explain our options and we never felt rushed.
We bought our new TV and we're highly delighted with it.
