It was outstanding. Blows Amazon prime out of the Water.

Not very happy as I was told that in the box I would have found all brand new accessories for my ex display TV. In reality I found the old accessories, bent tv brackets, no installation instructions, one connect cable covered in paint, no backing adhesive labels (those that should go on the TV back prior to screwing on the brackets with the hanging handles), no adhesive pads for the back of the tv at the base (wall distances). Also one of the magnetic bezel covers has an airline crack and I will return to the store to get this replaced.
To top it all inside the box I found a label stating that the TV price was £899 which is £101 less than what I paid.
I would appreciate some feedback, replacement of the damaged items and a refund of £101, please.

I purchased a Sony Bravia 9 11, 85in as well as Bravia theatre quad and Sub, the deal was better than elsewhere, so thanks to Ian and Dave in the Nottingham outlet for their time. I know this TV is difficult to get hold of, so pleased it was delivered just after moving in to my new home.

On my recommendation, a friend ordered a projector and screen from the Nottingham branch and his experience was exactly the same. He was so delighted with the package and service, I decided to buy the Hisense PT1 instead of a 100 inch TV. Wise decision. Trade with confidence.

I have been using Richer Sounds for a number of years and always go back to them when I require some form of electronic device (that Richer Sounds cover). All the staff are always very helpful and their customer service is second to none. I always recommend using them.

We did visit the store knowing which tv model we wanted and although there wasn't one on show, due to limited space, we decided to go ahead with the purchase as it was a very good price. Having previously shopped in the store and had good service it didn't need thinking about.

I Had a Cello TV delivered and installed on July 9th, but after checking the picture it was found to be unsuitable. George the engineer took it back and refitted my original TV. Returning to the shop and discussions with Tony , I decided to upgrade to an LG OLED TV. This model was delivered and installed by a member of staff Brian to my complete satisfaction. I received very good service from the shop which included a second delivery and installation free of charge .

Wanted a new TV and after a lot of research settled on a Loewe 48" Stellar. Very few places offer this make of TV so visited Richer Sounds in Nottingham. Firstly, free parking around the back of the shop in a city centre is a real bonus. The staff were friendly, attentative and knowledgeable. No rush and no pushy "commission based" sales! Ordered a new Loewe TV and also invested in an ex-display Panasonic Ultra 4K player with a reasonable discount off both. Would not hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds Nottingham!
