What can i say been going to Richer sounds for years and never been disappointed. had amplifiers mainly Arcam, acoustic energy ae1s, denon mini systems, Lg oled tv, now a streamer. Always been the right price, always staff who are helpful and will be going to them again soon.

Excellent recommendation from Rob at Nottingham for a specific type of product. He answered all my questions promptly and professionally, offered to arrange a demo at their store (which I did not take up) and then arranged for the item to be delivered to my home. Delivery was the day after order, in perfect condition by DPD. The speaker is superb and exactly what I wanted.
