Straight forward advice. Time will tell if it was good

Ben was very knowledgeable about his job which made purchasing a new TV very easy. This is the first time I’ve purchased anything from richer sounds and it won’t be the last. Brilliant personalised experience which you can’t get with bigger chains like Curry’s but most of all they know what there talking about. The price point was cheaper than any where else. Great advice and help from Jamie at the Plymouth Branch. Purchased an Eversolo DMP A8, which is a great machine but fiddly to set up. Jamie was a great help in sorting things out.

Honest candid advice with no attempts to upsell to items that were more expensive, staff were exemplary

All went swimmingly by mail order. My amplifier came within a few days, and is performing well.

I visited the Plymouth store on a Tuesday where Jamie gave me a lot of help in choosing the right tv. The following day I phoned the store and ordered via Josh.
Despite not paying for express delivery the set was delivered on the Thursday.
This is the second tv I have purchased from the Plymouth store recently and on both occasions I have had brilliant service. I really appreciate being able to speak to someone knowledgeable face to face.

I try to buy from Richer Sounds if I can, but I thought that I would have to get from another retailer. I wanted a new 55 inch Samsung TV, but it was cheaper elsewhere. I rang the Plymouth shop and spoke to Ben who came up with a lower price so I quickly said yes. TV delivered a few days later and I'm very pleased with it. Thank you Ben!

I ordered some speakers on Monday, they were delivered on Wednesday by DPD . They look and sound great even though they’re only connected to an old Denon DM37 . Five star service from Richer Sounds and DPD .

The personal care concern of Richer Sounds distinguishes them from other retailers. I bought our Humax TV recorder from the Plymouth branch about 15 years ago-it still works perfectly.
Yes I appreciate this smart phone era means everyone must live in a different world and our purchased 55" TV has too many uneccessary idiosyncratic steps just to switch on, but I am sure I might live long enough to get used to it!!
RS gave a real down to earth set /price offer (£499) excellent delivery-I hope we will not require their long term guarantee or service! Our last TV, (55" LG £1200) expired 2 months past its 5 year optional guarantee!

Superb service. Knew all the answers I needed to make a purchase of a LG C5 55" TV on the phone. Arrived at the shop, in Plymouth, and left literally 5 minutes later having purchased exactly what I wanted. TV arrived the following day. Courier was polite, helpful and had the TV connected to the LG SC9S soundbar/stand and watching it within 15 minutes of it being delivered. Awesome service would highly recommend.
