so I popped out for a trip to solihull with my wife to get out the house and as we were walking up the high street I happened to notice the store and saw the
Technics SL 1500 C in the window and went in for a look at it
originally I had no intention of spending the £899 on a turntable at all but I got into a conversation with Samuel who after attaining my potential budget had offered me an Audio Technica version and a nice one too at a budget price along with speakers at the price of the Technics turntable .
Never once did he try to push the sale for either product and gave some great professional advice along with a written quote for me to think over
so after a coffee I went back and yes purchased the SL1500 C with the Cambridge LR S blue speakers with it, way more than I had planned on spending today but I was really happy with the service professionalism and general chat and the next day delivery. Thank you Sam for a great experience can't wait to drop the needle on some Pink Floyd and Ozzy vinyl again, i will definitely be back for more gear to grow my set up again. definitely a store to visit just for all your Audio Visual needs or just a look ... oh and also picked up a copy of AC/DC Back in Black gold vinyl and Ozzy Osbourne Blizzard of Ozz which I was after as a back up to my originals so all in all a great day once again thank you fora great experience

A very smooth purchase from a great bunch of guys.
Ordered online and picked up my TV from the branch. Upon phone/email contact with the branch the sales assistants were very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend them to anybody.
The only confusion can occur is the parking for the pickup however they will guide you as to where to park.

I went into the Solihull store and asked the staff for advice on choosing the best TV for a given budget.
The advice was great (even though I changed my mind on budget and screen size halfway through) and I'm very happy with my choice (CelloQ50UK9000)
Free delivery took 2 just days, the TV is superb and there's a 7-year warranty to boot. Awesome

We came in to Richer sounds this evening looking to order a TV. We did come in a little bit later on in the day and we wanted finance. Another staff member explained that finance would take a few hours and as they were closing soon, we wouldn't be able to take deposits and move forward. Sam was lovely and explained that they close at 5pm and that we still had around 10 minutes. A few minutes later our finance was approved and Sam waited patiently and took us through all the rest to confirm our finance agreement take our deposit. Sam was INCREDIBLY patient and helped us through the whole process. Thank you Sam for staying behind after your finishing time and helping us to secure our incredible new TV.
WOULD 100% RECOMMEND SAM!!

Fabulous from going into the Shop staff were exceptional, very helpful and polite, delivery men, contacted us to let us know they will be with us in half an hour from start to delivery really pleased with the service that was provided

Order was placed late on a Friday afternoon and I was very impressed by being told it was out for delivery on the Monday. Unfortunately the courier couldn't find the address (not an easy task), however, Richer Sounds were in contact very quickly and took further details and a map. Delivery was successfully made the next day.
