Great advice, smooth purchase and delivery, excellent products

I phoned the Solihull branch and spoke to Carl regarding the portable CD player he answered all the questions I had satisfactorily so I ordered over the phone on Thursday morning and I was actually using it by teatime the following day. Brilliant service as usual.

Absolutely amazing service and delivery. I can't believe the picture quality on the TV . It's just fantastic in 4k . I'm totally blown away by the TV.

Phoned Solihull store to enquire about Sonos Arc Ultra spoke to Martin who was friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable ordered on the phone he discounted £10 very happy with the arc, my play 1 speakers were not compatible phoned Martin and ordered two ERA 100 with next day delivery at no extra cost great company to deal with with 6 year guarantee , Highly Recommend.

Excellent advice and a chance to try top of the range Sennheiser HDB 630 headphones. Delivered on time for an 11 hour flight. Pairing and controls intuitive and a delight to use. Really pleased with the audio quality, calls and noise cancelling abilities.

Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even phoned us after a couple of days to make sure all was fine.
Customer service is alive and well in this store.

Delivered on time, it is a Christmas present, so I do not know how well it works yet.

The only thing I would pick fault with, is you not stocking the case for the Filo M21 player.

Brought a TV from Richer Sounds Solihull. - Karl served me. He was Very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice.
I have always had a great experience when purchasing with Richer Sounds in Solihull.

We didn't understand how we were supposed to connect all the wires etc properly. We phoned Richer Sounds Solihull and when the got back to us we got great service and advice. Thankyou.
We still don't understand most of what is going on but we do now have access to the TV channels so we are no longer stuck in the dark.
It is likely that we will be back in touch once we have decided what we would like to access now. This won't be for a while though.

Bought a TV from here in the sale. Salesperson answered all of our questions professionally with a smile.
Purchase process was easy and delivery of the TV took only three days from order date. Wednesday order, Saturday delivery.

Delivery of first item was bang on arrived at time specified,2nd 2days later on time delivery,installer rang same day as purchased hadn't received purchased items so couldn't arrange installation,there contact as been really good installation taking place on Monday

Rang Solihul to make an enquiry regarding a TV. I found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Once I had decided which TV to purchase I rang back to place an order over the phone with Karl.
Delivery was booked and all went smoothly. A couple of days later Karl emailed me to make sure all was okay.
