Prom suit

My son and I stumbled across Richmond classics trying to find a prom suit not having much luck anywhere we went it and was welcomed by a lovely lady who directed us downstairs where Keith greeted us allowing us to roam around before asking if we needed any help .
Once we asked for help Keith was amazing allowing my son to try on different jackets advising us on what to wear trying on shoes he had the complete personal shopping experience which made my son feel very special.
So we did end up buying a whole outfit .

I had an exceptional experience

I had an exceptional and personable experience with Richmond Classics. They were one of a rare few outlets that had a pair of Moschino shoes that I'd been eyeing up for some time. Their helpful website chatbot directed me to the company WhatsApp, where all of my questions and concerns were answered and dealt with to A-grade standard. They have intimate knowledge of each product they sell and really treat you as a valued customer. I have since purchased another pair of Moschino trainers from them and will no doubt make another purchase in the near future. Thank you!

Great items and price

Great items and price, delivered same day on one occasion. The owner is very helpful and responsive and kept me in the loop with a refund when I had challenges with the postal services. Great shop. Will be my go-to shop for fashion going forward.

Wrong shoes

I ordered some shoes which took a week to arrive. When they did they were the wrong ones! Their customer service did resolve but not great really.

Ordered item it hasn't come and no communication

I paid for an item on next day delivery and it still has not come, that was ordered two days ago. I just have the message "Payment Received: We have received payment for your order, and will be processing your order to begin the dispatch shortly" Very poor customer service, I messaged Richmond Classics on Facebook, I emailed them on their contact form and I emailed in separately. I phoned their customer service line and I just got told I had called the wrong number and I got hung up on. I've been loyal for Richmond Classics for a few years mainly going in store to buy items but this is crazy how they think it is okay to treat someone as unfairly as this and the experience was all round horrible. I still am yet to receive or get any form of contact back. If you pay for a service you expect to get it and it just seems like their next day delivery is a con and the fact they say they pride themselves on great customer service is also a lie. I hope this gets solved soon.

I called them again and someone more helpful answered and said he would look over the situation, the complete opposite to that the other person said before. The item was delivered the following day, I never received a dispatch email no communication and I still never heard back from the emails I sent.
If you pay for next day delivery, you should get that item that next day if not you should get your next day delivery payment back.

Zero communication

I have ordered a bag through amazon. A week later amd amazon email me that they don't know whats going on and cancel the pending transaction. However the order doesn't seem to be cancelled. I have emailed Richmond twice and had zero replies and I have no idea whats going on. I don't know if I should leave money in the bank or not, is the bag on its way? Id love to know. However the lack of communication already sucks enough. Why sell through amazon if you won't communicate properly.

Never received the item

I bought an item from Richmond Classics and unfortunately never received it. It seems it was DPD fault, but Richmond Classics didn't carry any responsibility although the seller is responsible for the goods they are selling until they reach the buyer. Would never buy from them.

Aweful or Unlucky

To begin with, my order had arrived late than the chosen next day delivery, so rather than waiting 1 day for my order, I had to wait 3 days. Then I had found that my order was faulty, as the material in my clothing had a small hole in it, it didn't bother me too much at first, but then I came to think that I shouldn't be experiencing such things with new quality products. I had consulted this matter via e-mail and to be fair, I had been given the option of a refund, but I did not choose to take it, as I really wanted this product, and the reason I was unable to get an exchange was that the product was sold out in my size... this wouldn't have occurred if my order had been delivered on the appointed time. I have had an overall bad experience, but I am willing to give this website a second chance.

Sold Stock In Store After Taking My Order

I read the trust pilot review score before deciding to use Richmond Classics as i'd never heard of them but they had stock of some footwear in the size I wanted.
I placed an order and received confirmation of payment and order being placed. Then 2 hours later got an email advising that my order had been cancelled (no reason why).
I followed this up to ask why it had been cancelled as I wanted the order, I was advised that they had sold the last pair in the size I wanted in store before my order could be fulfilled.
Not sure how you can show stock online and then sell it instore if you are using the correct stocking methods. Perhaps a bit ambitious having an online retail option if the two areas cannot communicate successfully.
Now left without the item I wanted and having to check to ensure the money isn't taken as it is pending on my credit card.

I ordered online,very straight forward and within a day or two it was here! I was notified by email every step of the way even up to the hour in which it would be delivered....brilliant service

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service I have received, I placed my order over a weekend for a jacket and requested the item was sent to my work address, I then got an email saying it would be delivered to my home address which is not what I requested. I emailed customer service and got an email saying they have contacted the courier and the item would be with me the next day at my work address. I received another email still saying it is being delivered to my home address instead of work. I rang the customer service and spoke with Melissa who said she would get it changed again 3rd time lucky. I received an email from the courier saying the jacket would arrive Wednesday which is today and nothing has arrived. So you can see my frustrations and I am not a happy customer.

Firstly I would like to apologise that you were disappointed with the service provided. We experienced a technical issue with our website and this has now been fixed. We always make every effort to ensure our customers are happy with the service they receive and the products they purchase from us.

As soon as we received your email regarding this issue we contacted DPD straight away to change the delivery address as requested.

You then contacted us to say the delivery would be fine to go to your home address, this was then arranged for you, but could only then go out the following day.

As this was not convenient the address was changed again with DPD. Unfortunately with all these changes it kept putting the delivery date back a day, which was out of our control.

I honestly tried to speed up the delivery process for you via phone and email to DPD. I have checked your order this morning and can see that it has been delivered and signed for, I hope you are happy with your purchase and once again apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Should there be any further problems or queries please don't hesitate to contact me personally.
