It was a brilliant experience. Our letting agent has booked Richmond Park Plumbers for us and they arrived on time as agreed, and the service they provided was phenomenal. Our kitchen tap was leaking heavily, the bloke that came inspected our tap and quickly knew it was too old. The tap was replaced and the new one was installed nicely. Pleased with the outcome!
Not only were they responsive and efficient, they were also very competitive.

That's what happened with Richmond Park Plumbers. I called a number on Wednesday, he told me to call the office and talk to, I believe the name was 'Veronica' so I did. I originally got this company name from Worcester Bosh website. I only called companies with good reviews on TrustPilot and Which? Veronica booked me in on Friday so I arranged my whole day around this, I even cancelled my second Covid vaccine appointment since I need a new boiler urgently and the whole flute has to be changed so it's an extensive job. I didn't get a confirmation email but thought it was fine. It wasn't. My whole day is wasted.

Having reviewed and looked into the matter, we feel the review was completely unnecessary and exaggerated as when you called you refused to give your address, so we could not confirm the person who was calling and to add to that you left a review at the beginning of the time slot you were allocated. You stated we left you hanging however thats not the the case. We would of made sure we attended your appointment, if we were given the opportunity to check the system, whilst we were within the allocated time slot you were given.
Tim replaced our old boiler for a new Worcester 440cdi. He had vast amount of experience, he had to alter the pipework so that the boiler would sit properly, he took his time and completed the job perfectly. He was good on price/service/punctual and most of all experience. I would totally recommend him.
