Purchased a CF Moto 1000 utv about a year and a half ago. They have had it doing repairs longer than i have. Absolutely no exaggeration!!! Even purchased the premium warranty which is useless. On the 8 or 9 repairs every time i get charged hundreds of dollars. We own a pecan orchard and tried to use it for pruning and irrigation work. So to say its lightly used is an understatement. My son went to pick it up 2 months ago and it broke down before he could load it up on trailer. Not kidding!!! They call me a few min ago and said 2k repair not covered. I asked for paperwork so i could get legal counsel and wanted to leave it there, she actually asked me to bring title incase i abandoned the unit???? After buying 2 street bikes, 4 wheelers and an ATV etc... this is how Im treated. Just pathetic!!! The sales guys said (get this) "I've never heard of any problems with CF moto" my son walked into shop downstairs and the whole shop is full of them getting repairs. That tells ya everything ya need to know. Tell ya anything to try and make a buck.
This is unit is straight junk and so is the service!!! STAY AWAY

Ridenow STAY AWAY!!!

I saw a 2025 Razor Pro sport for sale on line from RideNow Concord, NC for $15,992. Called and double checked with there sales department, and was told yes, that is the price. I put a deposit on it, so we drove from Pa to NC to to get the new Razor. They drove it around to the front, and I noticed it had a roof and stereo system in it. I told them this was not what I put a deposit on. Then the unethical sales person said lets look at the numbers!!! I about fell of the chair. It went from $16000 to $29000 on paper!!! So my good deal was a SCAM to get you there, and then they try to sucker you in on an over priced machine! The head of the financial department was the lowest of sales people on this earth!!! He acted like he was soooo ethical and you were just a dumb ASS! read the reviews on Yelp and such, This is there tactic. A one star is one more than they deserve!! I would NEVER buy a thing from this low life dealer ship! I will be contacting Polaris, and the main leader ship team on this joke of a dealerships!

Poor customer service

I contacted Ridenow to inspect a 2016 Can Am XDS that I was considering purchasing. The service department assured me that they would conduct a thorough inspection, allowing me to make an informed decision about my purchase. When I arrived at Ridenow to talk to the service tech, I walked in through the sales department. I was told by one of the salespersons that if I didn't purchase the SXS that they would. I later found out that the seller was also told that they wanted to buy it. Trying to buy a SXS out from under the buyer when they are bringing it to the facility for a used vehicle inspection is beyond unethical and is a poor business practice
Rather than providing a realistic report of concerns and necessary repairs. Ridenow created an estimate of what appeared to be every single part to make the vehicle new again. Keep in mind the vehicle only has 220 hours on it. It would appear that RideNow created a estimate that would deter me from buying the SXS so that RideNow could purchase it themselves. The seller shared that when he called RideNow to let them know that the ownership had transferred to me that the service Tech sounded disappointed.
On my way home the speedometer was not functioning and this was not an item listed on RideNow's estimate. I called RideNow to request them to restore the vehicle to it's condition prior to bringing it to them. The service person immediately said that he could order the parts and charge me for the additional service. When I again stated the speedometer was working prior to bringing it them, he said he would have the service manager call me back. I later received a call back from the service manager. The service manager also stated he could order the parts if I was willing to pay for the repair. After paying for RideNow for a used vehicle inspection, you would think RideNow would be smart enough to just have me bring it back and they could determine if they just knocked something off or something got loose. They could then rule out if it was their mistake and make me feel more comfortable about paying for a legitimate repair. The Service Manager didn't even try and present like they care about customer service. Obviously a business is there to make money, however, only caring about your profit is poor customer service. They got their quick buck and lost me as a customer. I hope people look anywhere else, but RideNow to purchase or have service completed.

Looking back, I am seeing very poor reviews for RideNow. Shame on me for not doing better research.

Avoid RideNow Jacksonville at All Costs…

Avoid RideNow Jacksonville at All Costs – My $100K Yamaha Boat Is Unsafe and Practically Useless

I normally don’t post stuff like this, but after everything my family and I have gone through, I feel obligated to warn others. If you’re thinking about buying a boat or any powersports equipment from RideNow Jacksonville, do not. Here's what happened to us:

Timeline of the Disaster:

July 20, 2025 – I purchased a brand new Yamaha boat from RideNow Jacksonville. First time on the water in St. Augustine, it wouldn’t go over 3mph. It was dead in the water on day one. I had to get towed in. No offer from RideNow for safe return, help, or even an apology—just “bring it back to the dealer.”

They kept the boat for 7 months. I barely got any updates. They just ghosted me.

When I finally got the boat back, they forgot to return my trailer. I asked several times and they denied having it. Turns out—it was in their yard the whole time. Not even an apology.

We planned a family trip to the Keys, thinking surely it was good to go now. On the drive down, the wakeboard tower literally fell off the boat on the highway. The dealer never installed two critical bolts. Just totally negligent.

I called RideNow—they never called back. One time I was on hold for 23 minutes, and then someone just hung up on me. I’m not exaggerating.

Took it to a Yamaha dealer in the Keys—they said multiple bolts were missing and couldn’t fix it because they’re dealer-specific parts. I had to buy random bolts from Home Depot just to stabilize the tower (which was still unusable).

We tried dropping the boat in again. The steering didn’t work at all—I couldn’t even turn the wheel. Another tow. Dealer down there said the steering cables were never lubed and are now basically shot.

After all that, we finally got it moving. We took it out 15 miles offshore with our four kids to snorkel... and the port motor died. We were stranded at sea and had to get towed back again.

Now I have a $100,000 boat that has less than 5 hours on it and is completely unreliable and unsafe. The dealership refuses to take responsibility. The manager won’t take my calls, the employees are rude and accusatory, and I’ve been offered zero resolution.

TL;DR:

Bought a new boat

Broke on first use

Held by dealer for 7 months

Tower fell off due to missing bolts

Steering cables never serviced

Stranded offshore with kids

Treated like garbage by RideNow staff

I’ve filed complaints and may take legal action, but in the meantime—buyer beware. RideNow’s negligence and customer service have been a nightmare from start to finish.

Happy to provide more details or documentation if anyone’s considering shopping there. Don't make the mistake I did.

The worst experience as to purchasing a…

The worst experience as to purchasing a Can-Am Spyder. I received my machine without a proper pre delivery inspection. drove 40 miles home with the air suspension disconnected, tire pressures overfilled and only one key for the machine. They told me it only comes with one. I contacted BRP of which they told me the dealer owes me a second key as this is how they are delivered to the dealer. I politely asked for the general manager to talk with me by way of email and talking to the sales manager and salesperson. Never got a response from the GM after several attempts.
They are getting 1 star because of the parts person who was very helpful... beware!

Holy hell what a sh$t show

Holy hell what a sht show. Went in and negotiated a Segway UT10P crew about 3 months ago. Went home to pick up my trade and back for pick-up. Nothing was really ready and tons of fees added on. Anyone making a deal, 100% pay attention to the add-ons and unpacking fees. Either way, compromised and made the deal. Salesman quit the next day and didn't put my spare key in the bag, but said he gave it to GM. Parts thrown in for free by GM and said Key would be mailed, but never received.

5 weeks later, major parts failure. Lots of promises and finger pointing between Segway and Service department. 3 months later, called and was told ready for pickup. Went to pick it up. Rear differential oil all over undercarriage (literally dripping) . Backed decals from sitting outside in sun for months. All interior trim just thrown in back seat. Service guy said he's the only one working and it was gonna be a while before he could get it to me. Enough time that I noticed keys were in it, loaded up, ran for about 20 min, went back in and waited, and just left with my SxS. No follow-up to see if I even left with it. Bought lots of new vehicles, RVs, ATVs, etc. This is hands down the worst. Avoid at all costs. Go anywhere else.

Would give a zero if possible

Would give a zero if possible. We bought a warranty on our Vanderhall Carmel last year when we bought the motorcycle from Ride Now Canton. Now, not only refuse to fix the vehicle but also will not return the warranty money. We have contacted them at least six times and have also emailed them since the beginning of March, 2025. No return phone calls. When we emailed, they told us they would seek a resolution. No response. We had to drive an hour, on two separate occasions to initially fill out a refund for the warranty and then to actually provide them with the Warranty refund request document that we filled out on the first trip, as they lost the document that they asked us to fill out at their own location. It is now the very end of May and no resolution. DO NOT BUY. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS AND WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK. We finally got a response. They basically took our warranty money, we had to go twice to fill paperwork out to prove we had a warranty, and now they state we can trailer our motorcycle 3 hours to another location south of us who serves Vanderhall. Why would I pay $2500 to drive three hours to another location for service? Why would a place take your warranty money if they cannot provide service? DO NOT BUY.

Horrible experience with this…

Horrible experience with this dealership. We purchased a NEW Indian challenger on 11/20/24 and it completely stopped starting exactly 2 weeks later on 12/10/24. The shop wasn't able to pick up the bike until 12/20/24. Called the service center on 12/24/24 for an update because we never received a call to let us know the issue. Service tech explained the bike had a bad starter and that quality control has not been the same since Covid being the reason why a brand new bike would need the starter replaced. We then were told the bike would be ready the 1st week on January and today's date is 1/31/25. I'm just now getting the bike delivered back to me. It took me calling both Ride Now and Indian corporate office multiple times for them to tell me the bike has been finished since 12/24/25 and we just "dropped the ball" by not communicating with you for over 40 days to receive our bike back! How does a business operate day to day without communicating with the customer while having possession of something that they own! On top of all this we had title issues at the DMV because they got the address wrong and had to do an affidavit to correct it. I'm a completely understanding person when it comes to honest mistakes and things happening out of anyone's control but this has been the worst experience I've had purchasing a vehicle of any sort and it 100% could have been avoided with simple communication. I will be reaching out to the owner/operator Craig Keating of Ride now and Indians corporate office daily! until something is done about this situation. I was offered free T-shirts and a free maintenance check as compensation for this horrible experience and I'm sorry but a t-shirt for a situation like this does not work for me and I'm sure most would agree! I will be continuing to leave a negative review daily on all platforms I have access to until something is DONE!

Worst experience at any dealership I been to. the paperwork was not thoroughly explained to me on each up charge they put on there. miscommunication. I have over a 700 credit score and the interest they wanted to give me was a 14.99 and a $2500 down payment. which they took out $2572 and the $72 was not authorized and although they refunded the $2500 they kept the $72 that the bank is disputing. the vehicle was very dirty when we arrived and they want]ed to charge a $885 cleaning fee. they charged $200 additional dealer prep fee on top of $500 for a battery for the vehicle. the vehicle was only $14000 and with all the adds on brought it to $18000. overall brings to finance would be $30000 on a used vehicle. please look over your paperwork before signing it. worst experience ever be aware of the scammers. this was the floor manager that did this deal. his name is Justin hood. watch out for scammers

They lie

The recording on the phone says they are open Tues - Fri 9am to 6pm. They are listed on Maps as being open 9am - 6pm. When i talked to them on the phone about bringing my bike in for new tires the GM told me 9am - 6pm. When i get there the next morning at 9:15am they're closed. One lone wolf tells me 10am. They just permanently lost a future customer. Worse yet, from all appearances on Google searches, the whole corporation is a scam. I found multiple phone numbers listed as their corporate hq. Two were disconnected, one was a totally different company. Needless to say, NO customer service or a way to lodge a complaint.
Best bet, steer away from RIDENOW POWERSPORTS. Far away.

over $2000 in junk fees - have to play hard ball to make them remove them

UPDATE: After I left this review i got a call from them and they agteed to remove most fo the fees.
I don't know if it was related to the review or just me saying no to them? So I revised this to a 3 star based on the fact that you can negotiate away the nosie.

Saw an ad for a bike and called in. I got a recording so i clicked on the ad in the website and got a callback the next morning. The guy confirmed they had the bike. He wanted to value my trade so i sent him all the info. No response for several hours so i tried calling back and no one was ever available to speak. When they did finally call me back the price was somehow over $2000 more. i asked to explain why and he rattled off crazy stuff like an 1100 bike checkout fee, a $500 battery warranty fee and over 500 documentation fees. I told him i live out of state and dont want his battery warranty and thats when he told me the fees are non negotiable.

So be aware they will charge you $2000 in bogus junk fees that you cant avoid. I am going elsewhere and never going back.

Don’t go here

If you want to get the worse service you can find at the highest prices!!!!! This is your service department. They take no responsibility for time, lack of communications, lack of requesting proper information for warranty, price gouge & have no clue how to treat customers. I have had unfortunately chosen to go here too many time and every single time I’m over charged, they under deliver, and the unit is in their possession for months!!!!

Ride now McKinney needs to find a new business plan and figure it out.

If zero starts was an option I would give them that !!!

Follow up.

Of course the response from you was also full of more lies then unit was dropped 3 weeks prior to Halloween October 15th not November 6th.

My response to your service and timely manner of work is solely based on what I’m told by you or your service team and I was told it would be handled in a week or two.

As for lack of communication in my part again that’s on you cause you all keep calling the wrong person to get answers and not me as I have instructed on several of my visits there.

As for people like me it’s great we have an open forum to ensure that others don’t come to your business and end up with the same treatment.

We have not only had one machine there we have brought 3-4 machines here and every single time it’s a wait well past what was told and prices way higher than any in the area.

The machine is practically new and has 3 year warranty your saying it had those issues but I bet you really don’t know. As for picture prove me wrong and post them. I bet you don’t.

I’ll continue to be sure no one I know visits this store again. You completely do a disservice to your customers.

Worst experience ever

Me and my dad went to ride now Peoria 10/26/24 and had the absolute worst experience. I decided to get a 2024 Kawasaki Ninja 500, sticker price was $5600. We were paying cash. After a few hours they had jacked up the price to be over $10,000 by this time we were so tired and pissed off so my dad said if they get it down to $9000 we would get it. So they did but they deleted any extras, like extended warranty and a new helmet. Then I was told that the bike has a 1 year warranty through Kawasaki. We were fine with that. I was told that since it was brand new, I would have to bring it in once I hit the 600 mile to have it serviced for the brake in. So a week later I made an appointment for the service. My dad said that we should have gotten an extended warranty but after being there for 7 hours trying to make a deal we were just trying to get out of there, so the sales, Travis, who was awesome from the get go, I told him to get some numbers together for the extended warranty. Mean while the service department was doing the break in service and then the finance guy, Mike, brought a paper with the amount of $3800. Which was for 3 years, I got my dad on the phone and he said that was way to much for a warranty. So we asked about a 2 year and Mike said it would be $3500. Wow, so we said if he can do a 2 year for $2000 we would. Mike came back and we signed the paperwork. Ok so we're good now, I thought, but no. Travis then said that I would have to pay $180 out of my pocket for the brake in service. I said that we just spent $11,000 cash and the service wasn't part of the warranty? He said no. I told him that I didn't have any money. So he went to the service and told them to put my bike back together because I didn't have the money. Then he told me that I shouldn't ride my bike to much until I can get the service done.
So after paying $11,000 cash, they refused to throw in a stupid oil change $180,
Later that night I was riding my bike on the freeway and then I couldn't down shift, the gears were going from 4 down to 2nd up to 3rd gear and then the bike stalled out. I called ride now and asked for Travis, he got on the phone and I told him what happened, he said what do you want me to do about it, I said get a tow truck and take it to the shop and have the service fix it and put the warranty to use. He said he can't do that. All they care about is getting your money and once they get it, your nothing to them.

Ridenow Sturgis

Well, I bought my Harley at the Sturgis rally. The sales went fine, until I never received the title work. Two things happened first I was given an I owe you slip for two Tail lights that they said they would order and send out to me. Still waiting after 4 months Bought it in august it is now November. The title work was sent to Austin processing center(I think) Pam mailed it to Indiana, well things were missing so Indiana sent it back to Sturgis. The sales person there did nothing with the paper work if it wasn't for Pam and her work ethics I would still have no title work. Pam is the best customer service person I ever delt with. She and I stayed on top of this issue until we found the root cause. Some sales person at Sturgis just didn't do their job.

Bad Tech?!?!

So, I took my 2024 Shadow Aero ABS in for first service. When I got the bike back there was an unusual from the front. A kind of screeching ticking noise. I call and told them about it, specifically saying it didn't sound like the engine because the noise didn't increase nor decrease with revs, only when moving. They checked the bike and told me it was valve lash and is normal, even though they were told the noise was only present when moving. I got the bike back, and yes, same noise. They charged me $211.86 for not fixing the bike. Yes, I know I should have checked it myself, but they`d just done a service and they should check it themselves. Soo, I decided to check it myself, and lo and behold, the pinch bolts for the front axle were loose!! Removing the axle showed it had become scored from riding loose. So now I have to replace the axle, and probably the bearing, all because of the incompetence of their tech. Will I return to their place of business? Probably. You cant blame the whole business for the incompetence of one tech. My wife's Metropolitan is coming due for first service, and I`ll give them another shot. Fingers crossed11 read less
