Lack of promise and customer support
I signed up to lease a bike from Ride Panda through my work program. Order placed on
Nov 18, payment made and the bike came on Dec 8th. Ride Panda promised to deliver the bike with helmet and lock. It's Dec 23rd, as I'm writing this complaint and no helmet/lock
hasn't arrived, in other words, I can't use the bike without it. I attempted to contact support via email multiple times and kept being told it's getting shipped every single time. I contacted customer support 650-523-9577/425-669-9543
where I spoke to a rep who hang up on me when asking to speak to a supervisor. Avoid this business at all cost.
