I had a mostly positive experience with…

I had a mostly positive experience with Ridgways Shoes. The in-store staff were very helpful and patient, and the online ordering process was smooth, with the shoes arriving promptly and in perfect condition. The quality of the products is good, though there was a slight issue with unclear product details on the site, and communication could be improved in some cases. Overall, great service and would use them again.

Closed without notice

Ordered a pair of shoes, only to found out a few days later via Twitter, that they are closed!! Been trying to contact them via email and phone to no avail!

They should of stated it on their website, instead of taking my money and not delivering my shoes until who knows when!!

EDIT:
They sent me an email saying whether I want it to be sent to me with next-day delivery,
I replied yes, but still haven't received it and still can't get in touch with them!!

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry we weren't able to notify you of the sudden changes of business. Unfortunately, do to circumstances out of our control we where unable to get into the shop to close down our website and contact customers who placed orders at this time.

Online Order Perfect!

Shoes I ordered for my mum was perfect.

The information on the website to inform customers the product and size availability was fantastic.

Delivery arrived well within the timeline.

Based on my experience I would definitely order from Ridgeways again!

Online order unfulfilled

Bought boots online and paid only to receive an email the following day saying boots were unavailable. I then had to wait a few days for my account to be refunded. Very annoying

Ridgeways service was good and delivery…

Ridgeways service was good and delivery was timely. However the Church’s slippers were very old stock indeed (Straw coloured box if you know your Church’s shoes) and this surprised me. Nonetheless the leather seems supple enough still and so I’m happy with the product.

I have added this shop to my favourites.

I couId not find a size 8 in the boot I wanted but Ridgway Shoes had them in stock. I am delighted with the postage and delivery of the shoes. I am adding Ridgway Shoes to my favourites.
Do not hesitate buying from this company.
