Riello nunca más...

Tenemos en la empresa 19 SAIS de entre 2200 VA y 3000VA. Los SAI funcionan bien mientras no pase nada. En el último año y pico se nos han roto sin sentido 5 unidades. No tienen servicio técnico. Pase lo que pase siempre es "Demasiado caro, hay que cambiar placa" y te dicen que compres uno nuevo. Ahórrate el tiempo y dinero de enviarlo. No reparan absolutamente nada. De verdad, avisados estáis. Huid de esta marca y tirad por APC, EATON o Schneider....

EDITO: 28/05/2025 Desde Riello España se han puesto en contacto conmigo para ver lo sucedido y poder dar una solución. Les he transmitido mis quejas y se han comprometido a mejorar en el aspecto del SAT. Punto positivo para Riello. Estamos en conversaciones actualmente y por eso le subo de 1 a 3 estrellas, y si todo se soluciona, subiré más. Os iré informando. Espero que estos toques de atención de los usuarios se tengan en cuenta.

Assistenza clienti Italiana pessima, dove regna presunzione e INCOMPETENZA. Non riuscIranno mai ad aiutarvi ... dovrebbero prima aiutare loro stessi, ma ne sono inesorabilmente incapaci. Mamma mia che squallore!
