I recently discovered Riff City online. They had and Eric Johnson Strat on sale for 25% off. Nobody else had this guitar at this price so I was skeptical. I called Riff City and Nick answered all my questions and was a super helpful and friendly guy. I really thought this guitar may be a demo but he assured me it was new and they did offer sale prices occasionally. I ordered it instantly. The guitar came brand new and set up perfectly. Riff City is fantastic and I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Not set up well. Volume knob came off in box, string buzz like crazy. I waited days before opening so it could acclimate. I’ll give it a few more days.

Product arrived on time and no mail handling battle damage. I can't be certain but it appeared that the signature and message written on the invoice we're done by hand. If so that is a pleasant personal touch not often seen these days. Last but not least my kids loved the chocolate chip cookie. Might have to order more stuff just to appease the kid's requests for more desert treats. Great company!

I love the guitar that I bought as a Christmas gift for my son. Fast shipping and well packed! I would definitely buy from Riff City again without hesitation!! They even have multiple checks and tuning before it's shipped. You can buy with confidence.

Purchased a used Reverend Volcano Silverburst along with a case. Wound up getting shipped the guitar without the case, initially. Contacted Riff City Guitar and they immediately had one sent out. They even included a cookie in both shipments! Will definitely use RCG for future guitar purchases.

Other than having to tune the guitar (it was shipped from Minnesota to southern California, so not a surprise), setup was well done. Very happy!

Received my ukulele quickly, but the setup was poor. The saddle was cut at and angle - not sure if done during manufacture - and the tuners are out of line on the headset. I fixed the saddle with some sandpaper and a micrometer. Overall the Islander ukulele is okay, but i got a Donner ukulele on Amazon for half the price and it is perfect. I don't know how Donner was able to make such a great quality product for such a great price. The Donner craftsmanship is amazing.

I ordered a Tone City pedal. It came well packed...and as a bonus...included a tasty cookie in a Strat wrapper...my Golden plexis pedal is great...and so was the cookie. I will definitely buy from Riff City again.

I will continue to purchase from Riff City. The whole process was quick, with great communication. I asked for pictures of the guitars they had in stock ( I purchased a Chapman ML3 in Natural), and it was important to me to pick the one the spoke to me the most.
I was sent several pictures, picked out the one with the top and back I liked the most, and guitar was shipped the same day!
My Chapman had a PERFECT set up, and plays as good if not better than any guitar I own from the Gibson Custom Shop or Fender. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GUITAR!! It is a tremendous value, and Riff City is a great dealer to purchase from!! Highly recommend!!
