Bad customer experience - I upgraded, but on my profile there is still a note "you have basic membership", then I contacted customer support and they were not responsive I had to chase them 5 days. In few days on other platforms I instantly got inquiries from potential buyers, on this platform I received zero inquiries. When I finally decided to cancel, customer support ignored my question how to cancel.

Excellent platform. Had a bad experience with few high street business selling agencies. But rightbiz was on point for connecting the buyer and seller without hassle. Definitely Recommend

I signed into RightBiz with a genuine enquiry to sell my business. What an absolute mistake. I'm now up to 13 people phoning, emailing, texting me, and its only been one day. Its ridiculous. RightBiz obviously just send out details to as many subscribers as they can. Strange how all have no idea what type of business I have but all are the person to deal with it.

I had a lot of people interested in buying my business from this platform and so I’m glad I signed upto this platform. My business sold within weeks. Brilliant and would certainly encourage anyone else selling their business to use this platform.

I do wonder if the other reviews are genuine regarding this site. My advice would be don't waste your money.
This is how it works.. If your selling you will have little interest until you subscription expires, then all of a sudden you will have 2 or 3 enquires, and of course you have to resubscribe to get relevant information, which of course ends with nothing. They are also extremely poor at removing businesses that have been sold ( and I mean sold or taken of years ago. Bottom line is save your money and go elsewhere as this is a scam site
