We visited the showroom in July and discussed our ideas with John, he is meticulously with the planning and has some great ideas, he’s also very patient with indecision! Nothing is too much trouble. We are thrilled with the outcome. The whole team are brilliant, the process from start to finish was exceptional. Thank you to you all.

Looks great, no quibbles, hit the budget and generally a great experience.

As we were finally able to get our kitchen done, we wanted to use a small local business rather than the usual big named companies you see & headed off to the showroom at Rigid Kitchens after a trusted recommendation.
Walking in, we was met with so much choice, but was never put under any pressure, we could wander at our leisure, "just give us a shout if you need any help" John said.
We found the kitchen we both loved & arranged with John a time to come out & measure up.
John listened to what we were looking for & made suggestions we hadn't thought of... "you could take that wall down, open up the space more" We hadnt even thought of that, didnt know if it would work or not. So had two plans /quotes made up after discussing with the contractor who does alot of work with Rigid , the costs of taking out the wall between the kitchen & dining room.
The desicion was made the wall was coming out, before & during the work I had lots of chats, emails & visits to the showroom.. I just need to check something. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Anna was so friendly & helpful, if John wasn't available, she would check any queries I had & get back to me.
All the contractors involved were great, professional, friendly & trust worthy, Chris who fitted our kitchen was superb, a perfectionist who would check we were happy with the fittings placement before the final fit.
After many years, we finally have a kitchen/diner that we love , its now a space I'm no longer embarrassed of & spend alot more time in as a family, I just love it!!!
So if you want a small, friendly local business then contact The Rigid Kitchen Company, you won't be dissapointed.

Visited the Rigid Kitchen showroom and Dave talked us through all of the kitchen options, really helpful as there was a lot of choice! John the did a survey with Nathan the electrician and we finalised what we wanted and they were excellent to deal with. Just had the kitchen fitted by Spencer - amazing, every detail had been thought of, great communication and faultless service, he arranged all the subcontractors, who all arrived promptly, and all did a fantastic job. We needed quite a bit of electrical work done too and Nathan and Paul were also brilliant. The units are very good quality, we are so very pleased - overall I can’t recommend them highly enough and they were certainly the right company to go with.

Our kitchen is now 10 years old but still looks as good as new, often getting complimentary comments from friends and family. Rigid provide and fit quality kitchens and appliances for a good price, with almost unlimited choice, to suit every idea and pocket.
Our Franke sink developed an unusual fault and lifted slightly because an internal clip had failed after 10 years of use. I rang Rigid for advice and they called me back promptly - through their supplier relationship they were able to secure an exact replacement for us, all I had to pay was for removal of the old sink and fitting the new one. The fitter turned up on time, worked methodically and respectfully and did a top quality job - he even cleaned up and polished the old tap before refitting it.
It’s rare these days to get good old fashioned customer service.

From the designing stage to finishing touches, nothing was too much trouble and John had some great suggestions which we are pleased we went with. Chris the fitter's workmanship was excellent... a perfectionist and a pleasure to work with, thanks Chris. The whole team were professional, friendly, knowledgable and excellent at what they do. We had the kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by Rigid some 18 months ago. Having used the kitchen in that time, we recently decided to change the configuration of one of the drawer units. We contacted Rigid for a quote which was duly sent, an order placed and recently supplied. They delivered and fitted the new drawer to their exacting standard. Overall, a great company, great team and we would highly recommend anyone who is looking at a new kitchen to contact them. Well done Rigid!

Fabulous experience again with Rigid Kitchen. We recently moved into a new home and were disappointed with the kitchen island and lack of storage. We asked John if he could completely redesign it whilst matching up with the existing units and quartz top. Nothing was ever too much trouble with excellent communication throughout. Andy did a superb and meticulous job of fitting and it is now the kitchen we have always wanted. Many thanks and we look forward to working with you again for the bedroom wardrobes.

Fantastic service from start to finish. John and his team have a wealth of knowledge and experience. After spending the last couple of years visiting quite a few kitchen fitting shops we were so close to signing up with a famous high street one, then a leaflet for Rigid came through our door. How lucky were we? We made an initial visit to have a look at the showroom, then John came to visit us and have a chat about what we were looking for. A few days later he invited us in to see what he'd come up with, needless to say we were not disappointed! There was no hard sell from John or his team and they supplied us with our design. When we did contact them to go ahead we were then assigned a fitter. We was really lucky to have been assigned Colin and Sam. Nothing was too much trouble, Colin has lots of experience and was always happy to advise us, also on hand to help us find other tradespeople. They made the whole process run seamlessly, they were meticulous and dedicated. They were even happy to take on some extra carpentry work for us, again to a very high standard!
All I can say is if you are thinking of visiting Rigid, then do, you certainly won't regret it!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Rigid Kitchens truly deserve one!

I needed a new kitchen without breaking the bank, and after looking at the usual big names and tradespeople, I was put off by poor designs, questionable quality, inflated costs, and pushy sales tactics.

Rigid were recommended by a family friend, and from the very first meeting the experience was in a different league. The design was excellent, the sales process friendly and pressure-free, and they offered a complete service including installation. The trades team were professional, everything was project managed from start to finish, and communication was spot on throughout.

No hidden costs, no nasty surprises, and their aftercare has also been great.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Rigid to friends and family.

Delighted with the kitchen and the service provided and would totally recommend this company.
A special word of praise should go to the fitter Lee who was outstanding. Nothing was too
much for him, going above and beyond our expectations. His “can do attitude” and ability to problem solve was amazing.
