We was greeted and served by Riley, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and its a nice change to have a smiling face around here. Great service.

Customer service was the worst when I asked they correct a problem with the corsage I ordered. The owner was very rude to me and annoyed that I asked to have the corsage corrected.

place is a dump manger very rude one to avoid

Barbara’s customer service is excellent. Fantastic asset to the company. Very attentive.

Barbara was exceptionally professional she made my day wonderful at the Riley’s snooker club.

Amber was the best service we have ever seen every time our glasses were empty she was straight over to see if we needed a drink legend status 🙌

Went to Riley’s chorlton this afternoon with my grandchildren. Derek was really patient and helpful setting up their memberships.Had a great afternoon playing American pool
and darts.Derek should win employee of the month award.

Lovely hang out spot for friends. I went to the Harlow branch and got served by Gabby, she was super friendly and helpful! We played darts and pool, really fun Saturday afternoon!

Went to harlow Riley’s got the girls were amazingly welcoming will defo be coming back just for the atmosphere they create.

Went for a few hours expecting good things but genuinely it was horrendous, firstly the staff are so rude there! It’s absolutely laughable that you have to be a member to even buy a drink, anyone without a smart phone don’t even bother.. my friend couldn’t order food off my membership as he had to make one himself? When a friend joked to the staff member whether or not she was on commision we were told ‘ if you don’t like it leave’ . The food was over priced and wasn’t enjoyable at all.. the staff and food ruined what would’ve been a pleasurable experience.

Callum sorted our Christmas party out so we could all play together as a group of 16. Callum offered us more time on tables but we went on to play darts His team were really attentive and provided excellent drinks service! Love Riley's Chorlton!

Family travelled from different areas of the north west to spend the day celebrating my dads (grandad) recent operation which means he can get out and about a bit more at Riley’s in Chester. Dad’s disabled and has hearing aides.

After an hour the fire alarm sounded constantly for about 45 minutes.

Dad really struggled and had to go outside, take his hearing aides out and it’s pretty much ruined the day. The team at Riley’s did all they could to try and help but it was out of their control really. The alarm continued and continued and finally went off.

It’s a real shame it ruined our big day.

As I say - staff were great but this should not have been such a big problem to fix.

I am the captain of 1 pool team which have now changed venues to Riley’s Cardiff, the manager and staff are very helpful polite and obliging, the table are excellent and kept in good order. Which is what you need to play 1st division pool. There are now 3 1st division teams playing from there which goes to show how good this venue is. I would recommend any team to play from Riley’s Cardiff.
