I wouldn't hesistate to order from them again.

When was the last time a business contacted you and said "while we don't usually put it on the website, we actually offer something of which you bought 2 at a lower price when bought together, and we'd like to give you that £10 back"? Unless I'd had that phonecall, I'd never have known, but that is exactly what Sheila, one of the business's owners, so kindly did for me.

Ethics and commerce don't always go hand in hand. That phonecall and that £10 were an absolute shining example of ethical standards over profit, and they've now got me as a customer for as long as they're in business.

As to the general service, this two person operation is prompt, efficient, and they don't mind talking shop on the phone if you've got the time and the interest. When they make an error, they fix it without hesitation or quibbling. Thoroughly and heartily recomended - support small businesses like this!
