I made an order for some wheels of which was informed they wouldn't fit. Gary called and went over the reason these wheels wouldn't fit. He sent me over several alternative options 1 of which I really liked the look of so went for them. They turned up within just over a week which is very quick considering.

Only disappointment I had was the way the delivery driver treat my goods he threw them out the back of his van. Thankfully there is no damage done to the wheels and I understand that its not your company's fault but the delivery drivers.

I'm overall extremely happy with my Purchase and can't wait to fit my new rims in the coming spring!

Wheels and tyres was well packaged delivery was quicker than expected with great communication would definitely recommend to others.

First off , the website was easy to navigate and choose a wheel style I liked. Prices were competitive and delivery was stress free. Everything I needing to fit the wheels were included to make it an easy experience.

Have used Rimstyle recently and some years ago, both times very helpful in finding the best wheels for my van, the alloys were checked by the company as they came from Italy but were very well packaged, I will deal again if I need wheels in the future many thanks to the team.

Top company, ordered a replacement wheel as one damaged , within hours had an email asking if 100% certain of correct spec wheel ordered, which I then confirmed. 24 hrs later wheel was delivered to my work with tracking and updates along the way. Easy as that👍. Had follow up email to ask if all ok , answer.

Honestly I was quite worried ordering online after all that is a fair bit to spend and not hand it over in person.

However my fears were pushed aside for a style that I couldn't get elsewhere with rims & a tyre package that didn't require me to know every last detail.

Which these days a lot of companies expect that and at least to my self, If you're purchasing a product the least the company can do is know what works for yourself once you've given them the basic detail to which RIMSTYLE really met my expectations.

The wheels arrived in individual boxes with a layer of packaging which frankly made me nervous, having said that I checked around for any damage and did not see a scratch and I have to say obviously they know exactly what they're doing and I was very impressed.

Infact originally I was going to install the wheels without the spacers however after taking a look the New alloys were just scraping the callipers this is all while I had the car in the air on axle stands and simply hand turning them.

If you dont do this first then you should let someone else do the work for you, having said all that I then carefully used the spacers provided spigot rings as well and a fantastic fitment indeed just the perfect amount of clearance and there is almost nothing more satisfying than seeing a perfect finish.

Also last thing new size tyres meant a higher stance and a slightly different look to the gap from the tyre to the arch which is an obvious affect when doing this so do take that into account as well same size tyre and rim there will be no difference except in width if a spacer is needed.

Now during this process I called RIMSTYLE to make sure of the PSI as I'm a little particular and very thorough in my approach to almost anything and I could not be more pleased at the response I recived.

Which quite simply they couldn't tell me on the phone right away so I was met with a simple they will check and call me back, which usually gets me down because come on how often does a company actually phone you when they say they will though to my utter shock less than 5 minutes had passed and sure enough a phone call came through.

Sure enough with immediate detail and then I threw out another question about the torque for the wheel nut bolts to which I was assured would be the same as my previous alloy wheels and while this is often a given as previously stated I am a stickler for the details.

Anyway to sum up in all this I have been immensely pleased with their service which is why I took the time to write this up its a long read apologises for that anyway I highly recommend them as a company I cannot elevate them enough.

So I would happily use RIMSTYLE for all my future purchase options and I will do so from here on in.

Got 4 new alloys for my Merc A Class and the lads at garage whistled when they opened the box, I instantly knew I made a cracking choice. Delivered rapidly, top quality, all parts came, fitted nicely and a very fair price, some companies bend you over. Couldn’t ask for much more can you really, only one downside, didn’t get a Christmas cracker in the box but I’ll let it slide. Cheers guys!
