Rinaez Beauty Reviews 

I had mixed feelings about my experience with Rinaez Beauty. The staff were friendly, and the salon had a relaxing vibe. However, while the treatments were decent and fairly priced, they didn’t completely meet my expectations. Some attention to detail was lacking, but overall, it was an okay visit. Might return again.

I have used Rinaez 5 times for manicures and pedicures. On all occasions I can only say how professional and polite the staff were. My feet and hands looked fabulous and I was commented on my hands often all down to the technicians
A month ago I decided to treat myself to a Thai massage. What can I say AMAZING 10 OUT OF 10. Passita certainly know whats she doing went in with aches and pains and came out skipping and feeling 10 years younger. You tell her where the aches and pains ate and she will deal with them. The massage is so good I havw booked 6 months in advance.

I purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute pamper package. The ad said 60-minute massage and 30-minute facial with steam. When I called to book, the girl told me that it was a basic facial without steam. I said, Excuse me, I paid to have steam with the facial. She put me on hold, then came back to say that I could have the steam (which I had paid for anyway). My pamper package was supposed to be this Saturday. I was looking forward to it, as I wanted to relax for 90 minutes. I had a message by email this morning to say the massage was going to be 45 minutes and the facial 25 minutes. When I called and challenged the girl about this, she said it would be 5 minutes off for consultation, 5 minutes off for me to get undressed, and 5 minutes off for something else! I said that this was not acceptable; I paid for a 60-minute massage; thats what it said on the advert, not 45 minutes. 5 minutes was also taken off the facial!!! She was very rude and said if I wanted a 90-minute package, I should pay extra!! She said otherwise; I can have a refund. I chose the refund! This is not the way to run a business. Looking at the other reviews, I am glad things didn't work out, as a lot of reviewers have given them 1 star!!! That does not surprise me after my experience with this company—without me even stepping into their salon! Please check the reviews before you book!!!

In response to your reply below. I cannot believe the lies you put out there. I was not shouting or rude at all. I have no need to be sweetheart. I just explained very cordially what I had paid for. I don't appreciate you telling lies and trying to expose me when the rudeness came from the staff in your company. I was told that the massage will be 45 minutes and the facial 25 minutes. I now read in your message that the facial is 35 minutes! Is it 25 minutes, 30 minutes, or 35 minutes? Please clarify. Your ad is very confusing. This is what the issue was. I don't tell lies, sweetheart. PLEASE PUT THE CORRECT TIMINGS FOR YOUR TREATMENT ON THE ADVERTS SO THAT PEOPLE KNOW WHERE THEY STAND WHEN THEY BOOK AND WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR! PLEASE STICK TO EXACTLY WHAT THE ADVERT SAYS. I PAID FOR STEAM WITH THE FACIAL AS PER THE AD! You're right, your company is certainly NOT a good fit for me. I purchase massage deals from Groupon all the time and have never had such an experience without even reaching the salon. All the best with your business going forward. Its not for me!!!

You're passive aggressive and offered no resolution, trying to put the rudeness on me! Did you hear me screaming and shouting on the phone??? How dare you! Im done with you, I have nothing more to say to you. I hope people will see from your responses why the 'one stars' are on here!!!!!

I Had my make up & hair done, I had to remove the make up & start all over again, what I wanted was completely different from what I actually got, one eyelash fell due to it not being positioned correctly & glued on fully, it left me quite upset & late for the function I attended. I do feel there is no point of asking about “inspo” considering I got nothing remotely close to what I showed Rinaez when she asked me what I wanted. Very Basic make up skills & very outdated indeed. The make up was not up to par it was not hygienically made ready & I could unfortunately smell nicotine from her hands the entire time however I was too polite to point this out as I just wanted the process to end. Feel free to contact me for before & after pics, I cannot post these online.

Lovely girls, amazing treatments! Had a full set of acrylics, eyebrow wax and tint and gel pedicure, would 100% recommend, great prices too :)

Went for the 1st time today to Rinaez Beauty today and had a lovely manicure and pedicure with Fozia. Fozia was very welcoming and very professional. Already booked for a facial and looking forward to my revisit

Had a gel manicure from Fozia who was absolutely lovely. It's new business in the area and they do everything including nails, hair, skin etc at the most reasonable prices I could find by a long shot! Nails came out perfectly t, the service was easy to book, quick, efficient, and she talked me through any questions I had. Will be recommending to friends and family and returning!

I had a luxury pedicure with Tracey (I arrived a little late, but she was so accomdating).
The salon is modern with great decor and a relaxed feel. I was taken over to the pedicure area where the Turkish bowl was already waiting for me. The seating was incredibly comfortable and Tracey was a great therapist!! We chatted and laughed whilst she scrubbed, massaged and painted my toes. She was very knowledgeable about foot care and gave me some great tips!!
I will definitely recommend Rineaz beauty and visit them again.

It was my first time ever getting a manicure and pedicure and Tracy and Fozia made me feel so so comfortable and relaxed explaining everything as they went along with the treatment. Tracy paid real attention to the work she done and it was absolutely perfect. Fozia kept asking if I was okay comfortable and if I wanted a hot drink.
They done an absolutely amazing job and I am very happy with the service. Will definitely be returning to get more treatments done!! 😊💝😍

The makeup and hair was fantastic and absolutely perfect. The best I’ve ever had it done! Fozia knows exactly what to do and she is very kind and helps with whatever problem.

It was the first time I booked with Rinaez beauty but I can say it certainly won't be the last.
Unfortunately fozia was fully booked on the dates I wanted , so she suggested her fellow colleague Nahida at first I was a Bit apprehensive but fozia reassured me and I'm so glad I listened to her , as Nahida was both professional and very kind Human being.
She was patient and a excellent Mua.
Me and my daughter got so many compliments for the mehndi hair and makeup and the wedding day hair and makeup.
I totally felt beautiful and I will definitely be booking with Rineaz in the near future!!

MUA was absolutely incredible. I have used Fozia twice this year and on both occasions she has provided an exceptional service! She will communicate well leading up to the appointment. Efficient with replying. My make up was beautiful and the hair was just wow. I will certainly book Fozia again. So many compliments on the day. Plus, she is always on time, in fact 10 minutes early on both occasions to allow time to set up. I am surprised how perfect on time she has been in getting me ready for the allocated agreed time. Thank you so much!

I booked Fozia after a few bad experiences with other makeup artists in the past, she did an excellent job at listening to what we wanted and making us feel comfortable. The makeup and hair were beautiful and it had lasted through from 10am till 9pm without any signs of fading or coming off!

First time i used Rinaez Beauty was was really pleased with the service. Makeup and hair was done to perfection. Will definitely use again and recommend to other people.

Fozia ia such a lovely person ,very polite and friendly ,always on time ,she created 3 different looks which were all amazing, specially I loved hijab styles :) Highly recommended definitely 10/10 .

Very professional. Arrived on time. Listened to what we both wanted & created the style & looks accordingly. I wasn’t happy with my first hairstyle & Fozia was very patient with me & had no problems taking it out & re-doing it. Make up stayed on all day from 1:30am to 11pm & didn’t even crease!! Defo recommend!

Fozia was brilliant. She was on time, listened to what look I envisioned and took her time. She gave me some make up tips which was very kind of her! Honestly I cannot recommend her business enough- outstanding service. I look forward to booking you again in the future 🙂

I have no words to describe how professional and talented Fozia is,I booked for 4 days in total, I felt like a queen after she finished, and amount of complements I received was unbelievable, Rinaes Beauty 5 stars all the way
