As a VIP customer I have not been treated honestly by the corporation marketing strategy. There was a Sign in the front door for %25 off on everything the same as received email, while they did not apply it for me and just consider %15 Discount. In fact my purchase was on Nov.08,2024 for which %25 off was valid for three days. The sent email regarding %25 off, and later show me on the bottom of the Sign a sentence printed in very small letters that the discount is for selected items if that was true why after my objection they removed the sign from the entrance store door? And why wrote is in small letters for which even nice poor Sales persons did not notice it as well? This is Corporation misleading signing which is an insult to my loyalty.

We are the VIP customer of this store…
We are the VIP customer of this store mainly Baview Village. Unfortunately the corporation marketing policy do not respect customers visits who came in for shopping. Unfortunately We found it late. They put a big sign with big letters “ Everything %25 off” and in the bottom of the Sign it is printed in very small letters prints “ certain items apply” . If poor customers are elderly, or with vision problem, or Language barriers will be cheated. It is embarrassing for the Corporation to lose us. Trust is everything in life which should be honoured while the corporation insulted our intelligence.

Fast delivery but not possible to speak with customer service
The delivery as well as the return of goods went smoothly. Only glas is that the call center for customer service never picked up the phone when I needed to ask a question nor is an address provided to contact them.

Low quality
Rinascimento was my favorite brand, but after two recent experiences I think, I won´t order anymore. The clothes looked like they were from AliExpress. Really low quality and sizes didn´t fit. I am disappointed.
I only rate the speed of delivery and return of goods positively.

The return customer service is inexistent
The return customer service is inexistent. I have been trying now for 2 weeks to return a parcel received in 2 different packages, and it seems that after running in circles and always getting a question to my question in the email conversation from the customer-service, I ran out of the 14 days return policy, Absolutely miserable customer service.
Nice products but size-wise you can never know what fits, I can be S, M or L depending on product. Simply unreliable and demeaning italian fashion from its name!
