I was very upset 😡 I PURCHASED 2 SHIRTS FROM BOOT BARN IN ORANGE , FLORIDA.THE ADDRESS IS 249 BLANDING BOULEVARD ORANGE ,
FLORIDA. THE BLAND WAS RIOT SOCIETY. THE QUANTITY OF THE SHIRT.HOW'S TOO MUCH LENT IS EMBARRASSING. IT'S NOT BOOT BAR FAULT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞. I RETURN BOTH SHIRTS 👕 BACK TO BOOT BARN. THE SHIRTS WAS 25.99 NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN 😒. DON'T EVEN WASNT YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR HEADACHES 😩

Inconsistent sizing - ran over a size too big with rough fabric - felt like something from SHEIN

I got one of their hoodies about a year ago I've worn it 5 times all the graphics on it are cracking on it like I've daily worn it for half a decade while the cheap knock off version of the hoodie I got 7 that I've worn and still wear all the time shows less damage to the designs than the real one does

I bought a flannel and a tee. The flannel was good, but the tee fit poorly and wasn’t very good quality. When I tried to return it, I saw I would only get about 60% refunded, which is very disappointing.

My kiddos LOVES Riot’s clothing- my boys are in middle school and high school and they only wear Riot Society! Great quality and reasonable prices and fast shipping! We are a huge fan of this brand!

They tees were a great fit and feel more comfortable that I thought. They got the dopest designs. Shipped fast and dope shirts

I purchased Riot Society t-shirts at the beginning of the year, and they have since been my go-to t-shirts. Excellent quality! Very breathable and comfy. I constantly receive compliments on the designs. I highly recommend!

Great quality prints on surprisingly decent shirts. I bought a couple of shirts a couple of months ago. They were surprisingly thick and the colors of the print were bold. The one I like in particular is the Fiesta Till Death Skull t-shirt. I've received so many compliments for wearing that shirt!!

The colors have lasted many washes already and this shirt is easily one of my favorite shirts in my closet now.

I really like their shirts. The styles are great and I love the material (mostly, I'll get more into it in a sec.) I ordered 8 shirts from them and 2 of them started to fray under the armpits a couple days after I received them. It was disappointing, but these things happen with even the biggest manufacturers, so it's totally understandable. I contacted their customer support and they got back to me quickly and initiated a return process. They shipped me 2 new shirts and just asked that I return the damaged shirts, which is completely fair. I did have an issue where one of the shirts looked and felt like a completely different material than the others, even though it was supposed to be the same type of shirt, just with a different embroidery. I asked about this in my emails with them, but they just kind of ignored it, which was a bit odd. It works as a shirt though, so I'm fine with it. I am a bit worried that the stitching on the other shirts might start to fray as well, but that's a chance I'll have to take. If it does happen I will contact them and hopefully it will be as easy as it was this time. Other than those issues, these shirts are great, I like that they feel a little heavier, besides the one that was different feeling, and the fit. If it wasn't for the couple issues I had, they would definitely get 5 stars.

Shirt was made of lack luster material that wasn't comfortable. Shorts were too long and they're exchange/return policy is a nightmare. Look somewhere else

I've ordered about 10 clothing items of this website, and the quality of the shirts is top notch(cant say the same about the jacket or hoodie)but amazing website nonetheless.

I ordered for the first time in March of this year and it’s been almost 2 damn months that i haven’t gotten my s#+%. i ordered and pair of shirts and a hoodie. i wouldn’t recommend buying anything from these people, im getting ready to sue them because they haven’t gave my money back you bunch of f€?+#*% ass holes...

This site is terrible for customer service. I ordered shirt for my son for Christmas. They sent the wrong size, so I contacted them the day after Christmas & requested an exchange on 12/26. I mailed the shirt back to them on the Monday 12/28. They never contacted me Or followed up with me & didnt issue a refund until 1/15. I requested an exchange for the correct size, but that never happened AND they charged for shipping. So we paid shipping for shirt that we never received. Don't waste your time with these people. They do not have their act together at ALL. Zero customer service.

Don’t order anything from this company. It’s very very very difficult to return!!!!! I’m stuck with this with jacket that have different color that I did not order. They also gave me wrong label and usps can’t except it. I spent $60 for the wrong jacket and can’t return because they gave you the wrong label with different weight!!! So usps doesn’t except and can’t return and I’m so sad 😞
