Dreadful company
Haven’t a clue what they are doing
Sent me wrong wallpaper twice! And then a damaged lampshade that I am now expected to wait in 9-5 for the to collect so I can get a refund!! Loved voyage maison previously but since they have obviously outsourced to this shower of rubbish I think I will give it a miss from now on

Bought cushions from Voyage Maison, or so I thought

Bought cushions from Voyage Maison, or so I thought. The cushions were actually supplied by Riva Home. I've had several cushions from Voyage Maison before and the feather pads have been (and still are) very well packed with feathers. The filling in these pads is absolute rubbish quality. The go as flat as a fluke within a couple of minutes.

I saw the same cushions in a shop very recently and they were very firm, which makes me wonder why my cushions have very inferior pads.

Would Riva Home or Voyage Maison like to explain?

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I would advise against any purchase. I ordered and paid for a duvet set that has never arrived. RIVA are completely ignoring my emails and calls. No contact whatsoever and no refund. Avoid any purchase at all costs.

Honesty was their policy

I asked some very detailed questions about a throw they sell. I have fibromyalgia and am very sensitive to the feel of fabrics. They were very helpful and honest, that this throw would not be suitable. They were not profit oriented in their response. I appreciate that.

I ordered 2 duvets from Debenhams
Unfortunately it wasn’t Debenhams but a partner company Riva homes
I expect it will now be a battle to get refund …

Definitely a company to avoid!Ordered a cushion which was supplied by…

Ordered a cushion which was supplied by this company riva home based in Seacroft in Leeds, they sent the wrong one so I contacted them via email for it to be replaced and they said I'd have to send it back for a refund only?
I tried calling several times it takes forever to answer.
My emails didn't get followed up.
Definitely a company to avoid,lack of customer service.

Beware

Beware, customer service is TERRIBLE. I wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered a blind through B&q marketplace, which arrived inadequately packaged and bent in half. Trying to communicate via online message system is ridiculous, responses are sent without a direct email account to respond to, so waiting a minimum of three days to get a response each time. Still waiting on a date for this blind to be collected and to obtain a refund. They emailed me last Friday to offer collection this Monday just gone, now Tuesday and didn't get a reply to that email so it's still sat here. Never, ever will get my business again.

Bad aftersales service and returns

Purchased items from them on 4th October.
Posted 2 items back as they where not of a suitable quality. This was done around 6th October. We had not received refund by 20th but they had received the returns. We emailed them to find out about the refund. It took them a further 6 days to send the refunds.
NOTE: There was a £5 cost for returning the items.
I will NOT be buying from this company again due to bad after sales service and the extra charge for returns.

Really disappointing service

Really disappointing service so far. I purchased my house over a year ago and there are so many things that have been left unfinished including alarms, paintwork, the front door and surfaces.
