Bad treatment received from the owner and rude responsive

I bought a voucher on Daddys deals for 3 nights stay. Upon arrival at the accommodation, one of the female employees took me to the unit and the first thing she told me was that there is no TV, no Wifi. I was very disappointed and I checked if there is a possibility of a partial refund, the lady contacted the owner and indicated that it was not possible.

I then contacted the owner to understand why that was not disclosed on the accommodation profile so that it is clear when you book you know what you are going to find, it would be one's choice. The owner was very rude, did not wait for me to finish talking. She asked me if I am aware that she even upgraded me to a better unit since the one I booked had a pipe burst and if I am aware that I paid half of the amount since I am complaining about the TV.

Firstly, I did not advertise the accommodation on Daddys deal, she should not have allowed her unit to be put on promotion. She also mentioned that her company is not hiding anything so she is not obliged to indicate whether there is a TV or not.
I do not have a problem that the accommodation does not have TV and WIFI.

I understood that there is no refund after check in and it's a company prerogative to decide such, however, I felt that the clause was put because the property was aware that clients complain about unavailability of TV and WIFI and them discovering that on their arrival. The problem is the information not disclosed on the accommodation profile, by which there is an indemnity notice board at the gate.
The manner in which this was responded to, the fact that I was upgraded to a better unit as if I am the cause for the pipe burst, as if she did me a favour and to top it all the fridge at the upgrade mentioned was leaking, there was water on the floor, the bottom fridge door did not have a handle, the bed did not have a headboard in short, the upgrade was not upgrading.

I decided to leave because of the attitude I received and the rudeness since I was not fighting but merely stating the facts. I could not stay after that bad treatment, I was not going to enjoy my stay and I do not think anyone else would have.
