I highly recommend the produce at Riverford organic . Not only am I learning so much from their website and instagram but I also am enjoying what real food tastes like . I feel better and I enjoy being educated about my food (from farm to plate) . I haven’t eaten meat from a supermarket in about seven years . I support organic farms like Riverford. The customer service is exceptional and I simply feel good investing my time and money in this process . Once you try Riverford produce then you will become a loyal customer. I would like to add that for me personally my immune system and my overall health has improved both mind and body . I can say that this change began once I started eating real organic food. I love the transparency and thank you for that .

Food keeps for longer.

I had signed up for an account at a festival. I hadn’t realised that he had signed me up for weekly delivery. I was very impressed with first delivery but then realised on a Friday I had a further delivery on the Monday which I did not require as had much of original order in my fridge. Despite many attempts to sign into the app or website to cancel I was unable to and there is no facility to contact Riverford over the weekend so I was very frustrated. However, delivery driver was very good and understanding and took the box back apologising and said would cancel. I also phoned and spoke to a lovely lady who assured me my weekly order was cancelled and I could order as and when.
I do intend to do this as produce excellent just wish they had means to speak to a person or have chat respond over the weekend.

We are so grateful to have found Riverford. The quality of the meat, fruit, and vegetables is outstanding, and you can really taste the difference compared to supermarket produce. Everything is always fresh and delicious. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend Riverford!

The fruit and veg are really delicious. I like the fact you can add and change what you have in your veg box and I love the surprise of getting a box of whatever is seasonal!

The veg from Riverford is such good quality - often in my local shops the organic veg can look a bit tired as it’s not purchased often sadly but riverford always looks and tastes so fresh and vibrant and is obviously packed with time and care by the employees. I’d also like to mention how well the veg is packed with chilled materials and boxes that flat pack so easily for returning on my next delivery. The highlight however has to be the delivery drivers! Every single driver has been so positive friendly and happy! They obviously really care about the food and the customer experience! Such a delight to see them! I often try to leave drinks out in the hot weather for them! What wonderful staff - kind lovely people make all the difference! Thankyou all at Riverford! I honestly say to my sister each week how excited we are to know our delivery is coming and that our family are eating really decent nutritious ingredients! It feels like Christmas every Tuesday! :) Thankyou! We are very grateful for all the effort you very obviously put in as a business. Good luck to you all in continuing!

Easy to order & great selection in all boxes. Not cheap but worth the cost. Reliable delivery too.

Great veg, great service

Great customer service. Good quality organic produce with lots of extras when needed. Delivery to your door and ability to make changes or swap box out or pause if needed. Love that it is owned by its employees too. Easy to use app and fair prices.

I’ve had 3 boxes so far. Everything has been really fresh and tastes delicious. The recipes and regular communications are really helpful. The box is always delivered early morning and neatly placed in the shady spot as requested.
All of the minimal packaging from the previous week has been taken back with next delivery

Have really enjoyed the Riverford experience. The courier is friendly and helpful and the products are of amazing quality. I also enjoyed the ease of choosing when to have deliveries with pausing the weeks you don’t need anything. I highly recommend.

Since becoming a Riverford customer I have simply enjoyed knowing that whatever I buy from them is giving my body the best chance with the organic products supplied by them.
Fruit and vegetables taste different, just like when I was a child. You can see, taste, and even smell the difference.
It has bought my enthusiasm for home cooking to a new level.

I look forward to my box arriving every Friday with the friendly driver who always follows delivery instructions.

The coconut milk is delicious and a great alternative to dairy.

Prices arent cheap, so I cannot order as much as I would like to. However, I know what Im getting, beautifully presented, and its a weekly treat I thoroughly enjoy! ❤️
