Rented a car for 24 hours (1 day) and…
Rented a car for 24 hours (1 day) and agreed with the person there that i could call and extend the period if i needed it for 1 more day.
I did call and told them i wanted it for 1 more day and we agreed i could pay when i delivered the car.
Now, some days after, i can see on my bank account that they have charged me for a third day!!!
I wrote to them about this issue and got a reply that we agreed on the 2 days, and are ignoring that third charge....
Just to top it up.
When i got the car i got told, like anywhere else, that i should deliver the car with full gas and that was fine.
After driving for 5 min i noticed that the tank was not even half full!!
I call them to tell them this, and the girl dont really understand but says ok and hang up on me!
When i delivered the car, there where no notes on it and she apperently didn't write anything down, so i hade to stand there and argue that i got it half full.
A third thing is that they still have my deposite and they said i would get it back when i delivered the car. its soon over a week ago, and i miss 500CAD. (Im a student and really need that money now!!)
Will not recomment this to anyone!
