Excellent service from Ryan

Excellent service from Ryan yesterday after calling him to sort out my daughter’s VW Golf that wouldn’t start. Kept me updated throughout the day regarding timescale as he was extremely busy! Sorted out a new battery and fitted it that evening! Would highly recommend his services 5*. Thank you Ryan!

R&J CAR SALES VERMIN

Where do you start with this vile excuse for a company,
Absolutely shocking. Bought a 17 plate vehicle from this crowd of knobs and on day 28 of ownership the timing belt snapped and of course all they wanted to do was just say check your warranty? i said i wanted to reject the vehicle as not fit for purpose but they said i can't. And what a load of pants that warranty is only has a repair value of £500. I have tried to get them to sort this under the consumer right act of 2015 and now the FCA are involved. Dont think the morons there know the rules and regulations of vehicle sales and absolutely not got a clue how they ever got FCA approved or even RAC approved.
Any way it will probably now go to court as im out of pocket nearly 10 grand and a bill of £1755 just to get it sorted.
i will be intouch with trading standards, FCA, RAC, and whoever else i can find to help.
BOILS MY BLOOD VERMIN CAN STILL TRADE.
Bottom line don't buy from this vile people.

Bought the car of my dreams asked if…

Bought the car of my dreams asked if the previous mot advisories had been done. They said yes. As I’m the other review flat tyre after a week or so cracked l round which could have blown out and possibly killed me. All other tyres needed replacing too. Car aerial had disappeared and the sale photos of the inside of the car were not actually
this model. Glove box did not shut and had to be replaced and the internal carpets were missing on delivery. If not for COVID I would never by an unseen vehicle until delivery. Also asked for a live video of this vehicle but was told not available.

Be very wary about purchasing a car from here.

Bought a car from here and at first everything seemed fine was told on purchase the car would have 12 months MOT for peace of mind. MOT was done and I got my car, after a week I noticed one of my tyres had a slow puncture. I went to get this fixed at a local garage and they fixed it but warned me about all 4 tyres being unroadworthy, all 4 had bad cracking and some on the limit of the legal tread depth which SHOULDN'T of passed MOT or at very least should of been an advisory. So in the end had to get all 4 replaced which isn't cheap. I rang them up and they said they couldn't do anything about it and that it was the garages problem because they did the MOT... my a***. Cars definitely had a dodgy MOT which doesn't fill me with confidence about the rest of the car. Wouldn't buy from these again and I suggest you go elsewhere. Google reviews say it all.

Terrible experince

Terrible experince, sold me a dodgy car and refused refund, cost a lot to get fixed. No trade plates either so all their test drives are illegal! Avoid, and read all the bad reviews on maps, they are the real ones.
