We visited R N Williams & Son to view their range of AGA cookers. Rob Boyd dealt with us and was very knowledgeable about the AGA eR3 160-5i we were interested in. After meeting with Rob and discussing our requirements we decided to place an order with him. Due to delays in our building project we has to rearrange our delivery date a number of times. This was handled by Rob extremely well. He dealt with AGA on our behalf and was always polite and professional.

Excellent demonstration of the everhot range showing off its versatility and variety of cooking methods. Definitely worth travelling the 60 mile round trip. Looking forward to the Christmas demonstration and installation of our range

Recently bought a Wood Fired Hot Tub from RN Williams. Couldn't fault the service. From sales, to the guys who delivered and installed. Couldn't ask for better.

We recently bought a Portway woodburning stove from R N Williams. Alison was the saleswoman that we dealt with and she provided all the information we needed to be able to select the best stove and surroundings for our room. The staff at RN Williams were extremely efficient and helpful. Gary was the HETAS installer, he was a clean, efficient worker and once installed took the time to advise how best the use the stove. I would highly recommend both RN Williams and Gary.

We recently bought a Stovax woodburning stove from R N Williams. We had our own HETAS installer but never the less, Rob Boyd and his staff were extremely efficient and helpful. The stove was delivered earlier than anticipated which is now installed. We are very pleased with the excellent service provided by R N Williams and we do not hesitate in highly recommending them.

An excellent company to deal with. Extremely helpful and professional on the ‘phone, when buying a cooker. The company’s own delivery crew were very careful in handling the item and placed it where required. I would highly recommend R.N. Williams. A stark contrast to a very bad experience with a national company -
‘Appliances Direct’ and their associated delivery companies, which necessitated cancelling an order with them. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from R.N. Williams again.

Just recently bought a spectacular Lacanche range cooker from RN Williams and the service was fantastic. Rob Boyd (Salesman) was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping me choose exactly the right model for us and despite the current cover pandemic, we had no glitches in the ordering/delivery dates. I would definitely recommend this firm and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I would like to thank and highly recommend Kara and her team in bathroom design at RN Williams and Sons in St Asaph. Kara guided me thoughtfully and considerately through the process of redesigning my bathroom and utility room, offering useful tips which have made a real difference to the functionality of these rooms. All items were delivered on time as they were needed by the excellent builder, with flexibility shown when certain items needed swapping or storing at RN Williams due to limited on site space.

Excellent, professional and friendly staff providing an excellent level of service. I have been a customer of RN Williams for the past twenty years, having bought an oil Rayburn and our fireplaces from here over the years, and more recently an electric AGA. I can only offer praise for the competitive pricing and efficiency for every aspect of the customer care, all provided by a team of who are extremely knowledgeable.

Excellent Aga demonstration and showroom. Well stocked with all the cookware you need. Alison is always so friendly and helpful. I've just attended another demo by Penny Zako, her recipes and hints and tips to help you get the most from your Aga just get better. I learn something new everytime. What a great addition the new bathroom showroom is to RN Williams! I called in to see what they had as I had heard good things, I wasn't disappointed. The range of bathroom fittings, tiles and accessories is extensive. Kara the designer was extremely helpful, not at all pushy and very knowledgeable. The whole experience was easy and fun. Highly recommended.
