I recently contacted Roadside in relation to setting up a new Community Speed Watch Group.

They answered all questions needed and gave some wonderful insights as to how CSW groups operate with the local police forces across the UK. What some Do’s and Don'ts involve etc.

They offered to be on speaker phone at the parish council meeting out of hours to help assist with any questions. This was a huge help!! We have just ordered our radar guns and speed signs which were installed earlier this month.

Thank you again Roadside for helping me to navigate many Speed Watch unknowns.

Very poor aftersales - Calls never ever get returned

Paid for the camera in March. Contacted them 3 times without any result, although they sounded very pleasant. Eventually I asked for my money back which received no reply but I received a refund via Paypal 5 weeks after I first paid. Very stressful and disappointing as it was for a trial before making a larger order.

Paid £300 from our community charity funds for a radar speed gun to start village traffic safety survey. One week later no confirmation and no receipt. Called three times, the assistant on the phone has no access to order system and unable to forward my call to the correct department. I left a my number and email no call back no email follow-up despite repeat promises. No offer to return funds.
