Top Notch Service. Maybe the best online I've had
This was the easiest transaction ever. I was initially a bit weary paying via something other than through PayPal. I phoned the shop. Spoke to the owner on Sunday put my mind at ease. Made my order on the website. It arrived Tuesday. Really nice couple of bottles, robustly packaged. Was kept updated from merchants and courier regularly over those days. Top notch.

First class customer service
First class customer service. Placed an order by phone for a bottle of Ailsa Bay and was delighted when told it came in a gift box with a glass. The icing on the cake came when we collected it and the gentleman who had dealt with me on the phone when told it was a present for our son who collects whiskies disappeared and then returned with an extra gift relating to this new whisky. So much appreciated his thoughtfulness. Sandy says thanks again
