Lovely
My kids and I stayed at one of the properties near Heathrow . Everything was clean, and all our possible concerns were addressed.
We will definitely do it again!!!

RISK FOR YOUR LIFE!!!

BEWARE!!! This is a kidnapping apartment! They accept only people who meet their kidnapping criteria and once you are in the apartment you will be kidnapped and transferred away. It is located in an area where no one will hear you, if you have the chance to scream. Their name is Robin Door and that apartment has a secret lock on the door!!! BEWARE!!!

Didn’t even get to book

Didn’t even get to book.

Upon having a booking done wrong by Airbnb for dates that were unavailable, I reached out to RobinDoor to make sure their dates were available. They proceeded to ask where I and my friends were from and how old we were and declined my request once I responded. I asked why and they told me some lie about how someone else had wanted to book so they took that option meanwhile the place was still up and available. This just reeks of discrimination and I can’t even believe a “business” would be doing this.

Litteral scum.

Paid £135 to book near Heathrow on booking.com. After our cancellation date was passed they whatsapped wanting another 200 deposit that they claimed was in the fine print. After raising a lot of questions they’ve stoped responding. Then found them here on trust pilot. Scammed by Scum.

The rooms were OK but other things were an issue.

The rooms were OK, but nothing like picture when checking our itinerary. So many things were broken like slats off the vertical blinds and people could see in, Apartment had not been cleaned properly, carpet rug damaged and caused a huge fall for our 4yo where she smashed her head against the gas heater against the wall. (Major safety issue) We were too exhausted to care what the place looked like, it was just for one night. It was chosen and booked by our Travel Agent and it was a stop over for our early morning flight next morning. We arrived just before 3pm, 3 adults, 4yo and 18 month old and decided to eat our last meal at a pub (30 min walk there and back) Kids were exhausted, we got everything ready for the morning, packed our bags for a 5.20am pick up for the airport. Did not use anything except for a couple of glasses. There was no coffee or sugar either!! We arrived back home to Australia to find out that I was ripped off $166.29AUD/85Pound for a broken knife that we did not use! Pretty bloody expensive knife!! I did not even remember seeing the knife. I reported a few issues left by previous people who stayed there. So who's to say it wasn't them OR the "cleaner" I know it wasn't us! And I'm not a liar...... Which this mob are insinuating. They just took money out of my account! No explanation, no invoice and they will not respond to numerous messages sent. AND That's after they charged us 200pound for bond. Not happy Jan!! Don't ever want to go back to the UK!!

Lovely new appartment. Exactly as described and pictured. Highly reccommend

Me, my wife and three children stayed in a lovely new apartment a stones throw from Heathrow last weekend 31/8/24. The appartment was as advertised and was beautiful. Everything seemed brand new and was exactly as described. Thr host was available on whatsapp 24/7 and answered any questions immediately. We will definately use again as we frequent the area. Perfect if you want to park for Heathrow and there are electric car charge points available too. Highly reccommend.

Unreliable company

Last minute cancellation, 24h before arrival
Alternative was smaller but not much options for a family of 5 travelling from Geneva to London
Twice check in, twice deposit, twice ID send
Awful alternative, dirty , mold, rotten windows, not clean, leftovers in the dustbin, sofabed with crumbs and weird stains
Shower water was hard to get good temperature, to hot or to cold. Roofwindow in shower, was black from the mold, full of spiderwebs and other dirt
Stairrailing was made of a rope but detached.

No comments or any reaction on our remarks on these issues. Do not book with them, unreliable company.

THIS COMPANY CHEATED ME OUT OF £187, AND I HAD TO BOOK INTO ANOTHER HOTEL.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED, CHEATED AND YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET

Not the same room as photographed
TV Not working. No remote control.
Bed & Floor were dirty
Pubic hairs in the bathroom.
Banging and music playing upstairs
Blankets for curtains
Chair Broken
Squeeky Bed
Window wouldnt close.

Generally, the place was DISGUSTING. I wouldnt let my DOG sleep there.

Terrible property would not recommend 1 langham news
Place is like student accommodation it’s run down and smells of damp is badly maintained
Kitchen is newish but not well stocked no tea towels poor cutlery
Worst accomodation we have booked whilst in the uk by a long way
The camera used to take the pictures used wide lenses main bedroom is a joke it’s tiny and like a wedge shape
Bathroom is tiny the glass shower screen doesn’t fit properly on the bath due to it hitting the sink the bathroom is tiny
Location is good that’s about all it has going for it.
The management team were contactable and did respond but the property needs an update and we feel was mis sold

Who are they?

Does anyone please know the details of the owners of this property? I am taking legal action against them , but they won’t give their details, which they should display by law. I believe they also own The Great Airport Place and the other horrendous semis on Bath Road, posing as hotels.

Bare bones accommodation

The house is not well maintained, loose doorknobs, fridge not working, no shower curtain and only one pillow plus a grimy-looking cushion. Bed itself was clean. Toilet was dirty.
Cheap little table and chair, no other furniture. I will avoid this company in future.

Do NOT book rooms at Robindoor

Do NOT book rooms at Robindoor. They took £25 deposit and also charged £1 deposit booking fee. Then they deducted £50 claiming for the damage which already existed in the first place when we entered the property. and without my consent.
They said they will refund £1 deposit holding fee when I booked the room, now they are saying £1 cannot be refunded.
Moreover, they do not provide refund receipt but only screen shot without header and footer.

NOTE: BEWARE OF ROBINDOOR, SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BOOK ACCOMMODATION WITH ROBINDOOR

I Booked and paid for a room for 4th…

I Booked and paid for a room for 4th September 2023 but something came up and I didn't attend. Today 6th August 2023 £25.00 has been taken out of my account by Robindoor without my consent. This is theft and demand it back into my account. I will seek legal action against this corporation clearly doing it to all of there customers.

Terrible company that are refusing…

Terrible company that are refusing refunds. Several other reviews show that this is a concerning place that are after my credit card details, despite booking through Booking.com. Booking.com were happy to waive any fees that they may have incurred, but the "customer service agent" at this accommodation was rude and unhelpful.

Do NOT rent a room from this establishment. The advertising on this site has no merit or validity about the condition of the property including the photos they have posted. It is a rundown house with no amenities suggested; the property management is absent, and designs are created to access your bank account to add unmerited charges, even weeks after discontinuing my stay. The whole situation was a nightmare. I did not have access to any rooms, which were locked; I repeatedly messaged them to remedy this as I was a tired traveler and wanted a shower and sleep. (Replies came too late.) The bathroom was a mess and the entire house resembled a hostel. The incident which made me decide to exit and get to another accommodation the same day was deplorable. The only space available to me for some peace was the kitchen. Within minutes a man came banging through the front door and with no words started to bring out tools to fix a closet door- he did not speak to me and proceeded to tear apart that closet. I left, angry and tired and very upset. A month later they tried to access my bank account. Save your yourself from these grifters.

Don't trust these people, they are THIEF'S.

Don't trust these people.
They demanded my card details to receive door code even though booking though Booking.com site.
They took 25 pounds for deposit, returned 25 after, then falsely claimed damages of 25 GBP and took (stole) money from my account without my authority. This after a bad review!
RUN and find someone else.

As a individual who also OWNED a Properties and rented it to AirBNB guest, these services ( Robin Door ) works terribly for guest. Giving dirty hot boiler , sudden change of “room facilities”, a “£1” out charge to guest. Yeah. Luckily got a cable in the ministry to report this issue as I twice win the case before ( booking tru Agoda ) .
