ROBINHOOD BINGO are great, helpful and loyal. Their Banking cashier department don't care about members and are a complete loss.
Robinhood Bingo is my favourite site.But the company that do the verification are a complete let down. I have had documents waiting (pending) for over a month. They don't reply to my emails. I can not deposit because of this. ROBINHOOD BINGO get new banking company please 🙏.

waited 10 days now for withdrawal- not happy
waited 10 days now for withdrawal and no sign yet of money, customer service is poor, limited staff to work on complex issues, waiting to withdraw over £4000, helpline and emailing them not helpful- said it will take 3-5 business days- its taken a lot longer than that.... not happy - afte writing this, i phoned up and asked if my documents had been processed i was then told that the place i was asked to upload to was the wrong department and then gave me another location to uplaod to- each advisor i speak to is giving me a different answer, i am very upset by this, dont feel i am ever going to get my withdrawal..............edit- they now have asked for MORE id verification.....finally verified after over 2 weeks x

Possible security breach??
Been a member for years with no issue. Rarely used the site, just putting a tenner in here or there. Then out of the blue I'm told my account is suspended as my details have changed. Well my details HAVE NOT changed and I've not used the site since December when I only deposited £5! The PayPal I've always used is the same as are my name and address. No explanation. I'm concerned my details have been compromised. Maybe a security breach? And they are trying to cover it up. Not good. Avoid this company (they run multiple bingo sites so be wary) Goodomens830

I've only recently joined Robin Hood Bingo, although I use a lot of other sites, mainly for slots.
I've found you get a lot of playtime and have just made my first withdrawal of £500. This was requested on Sunday and was in my bank the early hours of Tuesday morning. No problems at all.

The speed at which you receive your withdrawal will depend on the payment method you use.
VISA debit is currently the best option and can take as little as 30 minutes to reach your bank account once paid from our side. E-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller may take a little longer, but generally within an hour Mastercard debit can be same day but this will depend on who you bank with, it can take 2-4 working days.
In limited circumstances, withdrawals may be delayed, but only in instances where regulatory checks are required to verify a customer’s details.

I have won the daily drop and I am still waiting for the £2600 to be withdrawn 5 days after requesting it. They don't have live support on the site so I have been on hold for over an hour on thier support telephone number and I'm still waiting for an agent to answer my call. This is very stressful and is not a good service to it's customers.

Not able to claim my winnings
I signed up to this site and deposited a good bit of money. I won, which was awesome, £1000 to be exact. I withdrew this money then received an email 2 days later saying my account had been closed as I Self excluded from a sister site. How was I supposed to know it was a sister site and how was I able too deposit. They are now telling me that I will not be receiving my £1000 win, which is disgusting. I would recommend that people do not use this site or any other sister site as it could happen to you too.

Happy with this site.
I've been using Robin Hood Bingo site for while and really like it I have not had any problems and had some nice wins which they have paid out in couple of days if it's at the weekend otherwise it's usually a day. I've even won an Amazon voucher on bingo. I play on slots mainly and there are loads to choose from. You get nice bonuses and I managed to build on bonus wins met wagering requirements (always read terms & conditions on wagering) and got to withdraw real cash so I feel comfortable with this site, ultimately it's up to you how much you wager & play if you can't afford to then don't. I have played on Foxy Bingo, Red32 William Hill & few others but wasn't winning. I'm happy with this site.
