I bought a total of 4 pets. For the last one I got SCaMed!!!! Not to trust. They blocked me on chat!
That is not true. I bought from them on the 22nd of Jan the first time. Then, on the 24th I bought inatially 2 pets. All went well. Them after paying for the third pet, they bloked me… after paying and holding my money, of courde. If they don’t sell to Romania, why do they allow inserting the address on their page? Why was I able to buy the first three items???? I have the receipts from their website and from the bank to prove that. And the exact dates when I purchased!!!! They don t have any right to hold on to my money. And yes, AFTER they blocked me on the chat, I entered another email address to see if their chat was working or not. And…. Surprise! It worked! So they just bloked me for no reason AFTER keeping my money!!!! They should have said: sorry, we don t sell to Romania, and refuse the payment from the first time. So I just want my money back. O have all the right.
And yes, if I don’ t see my money back to my account, I will go to the police, cause this is theft.
And another thing… WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU SAY that Romanian people are NOT GENUINE BUYERS???? DO you have a problem with the Romanian people???? Cause you took my money, right? I could buy your items for the first three times…
And why they keep saying that they told me not to buy, but i changed my name and bought the following week? I first heard about them on the 22nd when i made my first purchase. The following ones were on the 24th… Never had an account with them or payed anything to them before that date.
And , if you look closely, there is one reviewer who had the same experience…
I don t really care about the 27€ , but i want justice for myself and others.
If I do get the money back to my account , I will post that aspect here.
As I mentioned, if I get my money back, I would write here. So I did finally get it back, after one week. Even if I can t say that this is a scam anymore, I still can say that the experience was not pleasant at all. Not sure about their intentions. If they are so genuine and correct, they should specify on their website which countries they don t accept payments from.

This customer was buying from a country we do NOT accept payments from. When asked politely to not buy they then change their name and order again the following week. They threaten to call the police when I called them out on it 😂 the best thing for me to do was issue a refund and block them in the chat from spamming me when I have genuine customers to deal with. You were NOT SCAMMED you just got caught out. All our genuine reviews are on our website itself. Over 200 very good reviews to be precise.
