Fitting and products were great, not the cheapest but a stress free process is worth paying for

I found Rocco staff to be professional and very friendly.. though my worktop area was quite small I was afforded as much time and attention as I required.
Louise was particularly helpful with all the data at her fingertips when I was making my choice of worktop.
The engineer who measured up and the fitters carried out the perfect job!

From the first telephone call and visit to Rocca's showroom we were professionally look after by Rebekah. Her knowledge of the products and her advice was first class. She arranged everything from the templating to the installation. The finished job is really great and brings a quality look to the kitchen which is the focal point of our home. Would recommend the Rocca team to anyone who wishes a professional job.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Discussed various options and ideas for our worktops without any pressure or decisions forced up on us. Everything was hassle free from deciding on our worktop through to installation. Excellent advice and support provided by Louise and the entire team at Rocca.

I had my worktop fitted 3 years ago, couldn’t fault the service at all. I was told at the time if we ever changed the kitchen we could contact them to remove and refit our worktop (obviously at a cost) . Given the cost of over £4000 I called today to ask about this service after ordering a new kitchen. Big mistake the absolutely awful woman basically called me a liar!!! We don’t offer this service!! We are too busy!! If this female is your first point of contact Rocca you seriously need to rethink staff training.

Had Rocca quartz worktops fitted in November 2020. Discovered a small flaw and called Rocca who replaced it with a new part worktop. Now had a problem with shading. Again Rocca replaced with no problem. A couple of wee niggles and again Rocca had them sorted. Thanks Cameron, he took time and care to get everything perfect for us. Would definitely recommend. A company who didn't take our money and run. Well done Rocca!!!

Spent thousands of pounds with this company 10 months ago. I called them today as the joint sealant had come away and I thought that this would be covered under the warranty well I was wrong. They wanted £75 to repair it. It was told it was my fault I must have put a contaminate on it as it just does not come away like that.
What I would say is that I love my worktops but there is zero after sales so if your prepared to take that risk on a substantial investment on your property then keep this at the back of your mind when handing over your hard earned cash

Roc a did my kitchen work tops almost 10 years ago, was looking for a way to acknowledge their amazing craftsmanship and good work ethics, was glad to find them on trust pilot to thank them for an excellent job.

Had a quartz worktop fitted by Rocca in June 2019. Nine months later we discovered a hairline crack coming from a corner near the window. Decided to call Rocca. Was obviously asked if I had dropped something on it. I hadn't and there was no evidence of any impact as you'd expect if I had. The crack was on the wall side of the worktop so highly unlikely due to excess pressure either. So in view of this Rocca, in conjunction with Silestone (the worktop manufacturer), agreed to replace the section concerned. I was expecting some resistance to this idea as there had been other tradesmen involved in the installation that Rocca may have tried to blame....but that wasn't the case. The staff in the office were brilliant and it was replaced without fuss. It also involved some plumbing which Rocca had no involvement in the original installation, however on this occasion they also arranged this at no cost to myself. It's not until you have a problem when you find out how good or bad a company is......in this case Rocca passed the test, with flying colours! Excellent customer service. Well done Rocca.

I phoned rocca Friday night. They templated on Monday and fitted my quartz worktops on Thursday. I don’t think u can ask for a better service. Friendly sales lady . Cameron who templated the work tops was brand new and the two lads Johnny and Gary were polite, fast and good. I’m happy with rocca. There a good mob. Merry Xmas Davie Conway

In a sea of endless granite suppliers, Rocca are undoubtedly the best I have come across so far. They have bent over backwards to help me through an unusual project that most would have turned their nose up at and have been nothing but professional and courteous throughout. The results are better than I could have hoped for and it shows the difference a true family run company can make.

Lovely quartz worktops installed in Jun 2016 and at the time, staff advised it comes with a 12 month warranty. 8 months in we noticed a "fleck" has come away from the worktop. Damage was reported to Rocca on 8 January and it has taken them 6 weeks to tell us the damage is our fault as someone has "been repeatedly hitting it with something". Angelo suggested this may have been a glass or plate???
Been quoted £185 + VAT to repair as "physical trauma" is not covered by warranty and in any event he warranty is only for 6 months not the 12 we were told.
Member of staff phoned to ask if I would be happy if the repair was carried out free of charge but 10 mins later Angelo called me back, constantly talked over me and tells me she had no authority to say that and as the damage is our fault we will have to pay!
This has been a very poor customer experience but apparently (according to Angelo) I am being unreasonable.
100% satisfaction guarantee? ...only if Angelo agrees with you.
Never again!
