Poor treatment of loyal customers

I made a complaint that my child was not receiving amount of lesson time I was paying for in a school environment.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails to the central team it took three months for them to actually respond to me. During which time they repeated sent me invoices, reminders and then threatened debt recovery. Such poor taste after many years with them.
Whilst I have no issue with the teacher who was dealing directly with my son I think the company has lost touch with customers and certainly doesn’t respect them.

Another cancelled lesson

After another cancelled lesson, a refund was requested rather than a credit - but as yet (almost 2 weeks later) this does not appear to have been paid. Add in their new 'Teachers Strike' policy - which seems to mean getting a single handwritten / hand drawn sheet of paper (with no instructions for parents) that you need to print off yourself (lesson still charged at the fully weekly rate, of course) I can't recommend Rockademy.
Update: 1 month on still awaiting the refund.
