Used to be very very good at getting parts out to there customers, recently shipping has been taking up to 14 to 15 days I'll be looking elsewhere,not what really wanted to been buying parts there for long time close 20 years

I ordered this spark plugs from rock auto I wait almost 2 months in what I did. I make a complaint to the bank and they got in touch with rock auto I received after two months the spark plugs. They were wrong spark plugs, and I received them after two months now I don’t need them and I got in touch with them and I cannot get my money back because being over a month bad service I will not ever buy from them again
Rockauto has no customer service
Rockauto has no customer service. Google their customer service. Go ahead. I'll wait. If you get lucky and receive the order you made, awesome. If not, you'll have to make an official complaint with the BBB just to get a response from Rockauto. Then you'll have to do a charge back on your card because they will refuse any refunds. The person I finally got ahold of was incompetent, and had no idea how shipping works. Other than fraud, I have no idea how they stay in business.

I'm surprised to see how bad the reviews of Rock Auto are. I've had them send me the wrong part before but they took it back. I try to stay away from the uber cheap stuff but I've had equal or better luck ordering parts from them than the jungle store online. Essentially, I've had problems ordering parts from all sources, so I don't think RA is any worse than any of the others, just generally cheaper if you can wait for the stuff to arrive.
My second shipment was somehow returned to the warehouse and now I have to reorder them and hope they arrive, not a chance I'll pay more for better service!

I ordered a radiator and they sent me the wrong one went to install it and it was the wrong one tried to get the right one and then it was denied because it wasn’t installed I was a good customer but I want be ordering anything else I’m done I ordered a a/c compressor and it locked up tried to get it replaced and had to eat it ordered one for my 1997 put it on and it making a noise so I’m done with Rockauto
They sell the worst junk
The sell the worst junk. Even the big brand names are junk. I've heard about the big companies selling cheap Chinese parts for less, but they don't tell you. Im on my third Gates water pump in 3yrs. JUNK!!! IM NOT DOING IT AGAIN! Forget about there warranty! Im going to Carquest down the street paying double for a Carter and I will never need to replace it again. Bought a cv axle and in 3 months i went to do the brakes and i seen the boots on the CV axle were all cracked, and dried out and one ripped wide open.

Ordered parts at 9 am paid extra for next day delivery. 2 of my 3 parts showed up 3 days later still waiting on my 3rd part which was all ordered at one time, I payed extra for next day delivery for no reason

ROCKAUTO.COM are THEIVES! I sent a retun with the invoice created BY them. I returned it via USPS. I was supposed to enter the tracking number and didn't. Receipt was lost. RockAuto REFUSES to refund without it. They have paperwork THEY generated with all needed information. They took my money with no issues, but cause issue to return.
They are deliberate thieves!
Horrible customer service and faulty website
Horrible customer service. Extremely unhelpful through their "online only" business. Their Parts Search tab gave me an incorrect part, even though it says it is good. Customer service said I should have used the Part Catalog tab. They didn't take any ownership for having misinformation on their website and were extremely rude through email.

Hi!! My friend ordered the headlights for my 2011 Dodge Charger. They came in 3 days and my friend installed them. The old ones were completely cloudy. I had tried cleaning them, but it didn't last. What a big difference with the new ones!!! And very reasonably priced. I would recommend your company to anyone seeking auto parts!!!

Just wanted solution to order/payment/importer as one and delivery on a different adress

International order, I place an order, payed, bill on my name and I supposed to be importer of shippment, with delivery adress (as a place where I wanted to my parts to be delivered). But no, they put Delivery as Importer, caused commercial import, more taxes to pay, delayed delivery (still did not recived shippment, but they send me that my parts are delivered), I need to deal with DHL for 5 days now, and how the hell I supposed to explain my version of IRS that I payed, bill on my name, import documents on third name and all from my bussines account.
10 years loyality
This review is prompted by a ten years loyalty email I received today. I will never go back to them. I bought a mislabeled part and returned it. When they recieved the part my refund was minus twenty dollars for shipping. When applying for the return postage I stated the part was mislabeled. Beware of parts labled with the wrong info.

As a long-time customer of this store, I have to say it's fantastic. I live in Europe, worse yet, in France. The prices here are absurd, and the customer service is practically nonexistent.
I'm lucky that I'm a fairly knowledgeable Jeep owner, so I know what to buy.
The RockAuto catalog is very well organized, with simple graphics and a clear breakdown.
The prices are fantastic, and shipping to France is cheaper than a similar shipment within France.
I even bought cylinder heads for an AMC 150 there, along with a set of valves and a lot of other bits and pieces to overhaul the top of the engine, it cost me 1/3 of what it cost in France.
I only chose top premium brands
Fedex does a great job, averaging 4 days for a shipment from the middle of nowhere in the US to France.
I recommend it.
Great Customer Service and Experience
I have completed several orders over the years from Rock Auto without any glitches. This time the retainer clips were missing from the brake pad kit so I sent back a missing parts order and they sent me the clips within two days. I’m in Ontario Canada and the parts shipped from the US. To me that’s excellent customer service.
As far as shipping costs go, I believe they are cheaper than having parts shipped from Ontario or other provinces. Thank you Rock Auto

Consistent wrong parts or missing parts
RockAuto is fine until it isn't. My last several orders they've sent me misboxedstuff or the wrong part. It is a mother to try to get them to give you your money back and when they do they don't want to give you your shipping costs back. And have had multiple times where the item is not complete. Gaskets are components are missing, for example.
