I've been ordering from Josh for a about 4 years now, and he has ALWAYS been super helpful, professional and honest. If I have a question or need a recommendation, he is quick to help & is very patient. A while back, when I was using a brand of coils that are well-known for knock-offs, I was sent 2 boxes of fakes from this shop- which sucks, but isn't his fault, as the serial #'s can only be checked AFTER purchase. He was extremely apologetic, sincere & didn't hesitate to make it right (w/proof). He acted swiftly & didn't make me jump thru a bunch of hoops to get a refund/replacement. He is straight up, he's fair and, of equal or MORE importance to me, he is polite, courteous & professional. At this shop, the customer is still top priority; and sadly, that concept is rapidly becoming lost/foreign w/ too many businesses today.

Rock Bottom Vapes is outstanding, and I've recommended them repeatedly to others. They carry the very same, top-notch products as other vape retailers, yet at a fraction of the cost. I've purchased hardware, batteries, coils, e-liquid, accessories & more from RBV and have always received excellent quality, along with impeccable service. I honestly can't recommend them enough, as this company has become my "go-to" for the vast majority of my vaping needs. The speed of order processing/delivery is only the cherry on top! This is an A+++ company, and I'll remain a very happy & loyal customer!

Great Vendor, Great customer service. Never have an issue. Once, one of my products was missing in my package. I emailed, and two days later, I received my replacement no questions asked. Thanks Rock Bottom!

Replacement tank arrived as described in good condition. Shipping was fast, placed my order minutes before the cutoff on Friday and had it in my hand on Monday. Their prices are great too, will definitely do business here again

If I could give it a zero I would. Supposedly, they created a lable on florida and 7 mins later, my package was in Iowa. That seemed a little strange to me. After it supposedly set in Iowa for 4 days, I contacted them. I was met with an excuse filled response about it being the usps who doesn't have the right tracking software. Now it has been 6 days with no movement and ZERO explanation from the company. Never will I use this company again. Be careful if you do.

I have been ordering from RBV for awhile now, and I am very happy with their customer service. My orders always ship out quickly, and I've never had any problems. I highly recommend this excellent company.

I am writing a 3 star and not 0 because they don’t deserve it as I’ve had plenty of orders go correctly, Sean is awesome and helped a lot before with previous issues. But, I placed an order for 3 IWu pods and a blue raspberry nicotine salt Liquid- 30ML and when I got the package in the mail, I didn’t receive the liquid just the pods. I have sent multiple emails, called multiple times, left messages hoping for a response and nothing has come back. I don’t understand regardless of this virus situation in the USA why a simple email response can’t be generated especially regarding a issue with not receiving a product. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this is being handled.

I have been ordering from Rockbottom Vape’s for about three years, they always send the stuff so fast you hardly have time to think about it, and now in our times of trouble and they’re trying to struggle to get our orders to us, people are complaining and not being patient, and forgetting how good Rockbottom Vape’s is, Forgetting how fast they do get their order when the worlds not under a pandemic. Rip Off one Pyrex tube for almost $4 Bucks.
Purchased a SMOK Baby Beast tank set. These come in three packs from manufacturer. Placed my order, shipment came and there was one single Pyrex tube in a plain box. Probably not authentic or what the picture displayed.

Excellent service, quick shipping. I have re ordered and will continue to buy here. Great folks!
