Ordered plants on 2nd April, Delivered on 31st May. Plants were underdeveloped for time of year, one variety of tomato was bone dry and so stressed the plants were in full flower at 25cm. None survived. The peas were also flowering on receipt and it's unlikely I will get a crop. I contacted the company and they were very apologetic. I didn't ask for a refund, I'll just go back to growing from seed next year. All in all my impression is that they were overstretched and just getting anything out regardless of quality.

I ordered about 60 plants from Rocket Garden, they came in eco friendly and plant friendly packaging, had a fantastic grow guide attached, included discount codes for friends AND when I had trouble understanding my delivery window they were exceptionally fast to help me understand.

The plants came mostly very happy, I think the particular journey my plants went on caused a few to lose their strength but overall we had about a 95% survival rate across 60 plants, so very happy.

The only few we lost are typically hard to grow anyway so hard to lay blame on the happy gardeners are rocket gardens.

Really happy with my plant delivery! The plants arrived healthy, happy, and well-hydrated. The packaging was smart, eco-friendly, and fully recyclable.

I love growing padron peppers, but they are hard to find in my area, and growing from seed is not always successful.... I came across Rocket Gardens by chance so ordered for the first time recently, you never quite know what quality of plants you will receive when ordering on line.....so when they arrived, I was absolutely thrilled, the packaging was really secure, the plants were amazing quality, healthy and far more established than "plug plants" ordered from other companies in the past....thank you for great service and quality...highly recommend this company

I don’t usually leave reviews, but these people earned one. I ordered three Cream Strawberry plants for my mum, and they showed up in perfect condition. Each plant was tucked into its own paper bag and taped securely in the box, so none of the little buds got knocked off. I’ll definitely order from them again!

I can’t recommend Rocket Garden products enough. The variety of plants I had ordered all arrived packaged with care and great attention so that they all arrived very healthy, undamaged and soil lovely and moist. I have ordered from other places in the past and they plants have arrived dry and in poor condition. I will definitely buy from here again. Thankyou 🌻

I have been using this company for two years and have loved receiving their carefully packaged vibrant plants. When through no fault of theirs, some plants were delayed in the post, they were replaced immediately. It’s a pleasure to buy from them.

great prices and i knew when my plants and veg would arrive.the bonus for me was the plugs were larger than expected and very healthy

Warned about delivery,tick, delivered as advised and left in safe place, tick. Excellent packaging, tick. Healthy plants plugs tick.....whats not to like. 5☆.

Can you imagine a company which you can't phone? I tried it with mails, useless, then I found a possibility
for a chat on their website. First you have a useless computer on the chat and after that I finally typed with a kind person, but it was very much time consuming. At the end it seems it was a IT mistake on their side. One positive side, therefore the 3 stars, the plugs I got have been fresh and healthy.

I first purchased some potatoes and they all are doing well so 100 percent on those, as someone who's got a background in horti I can tell you 100 percent isn't always achievable. Today I got my 45 strawberry plants,15 tomatoes,20 leeks and 10 carrot plants and they all made it to me none broken. Packaged very well, very impressed with the service all around from the packing, and responsive communication which I appreciate greatly. I don't have time to chase people and they were spot on. These are now my go-to guys for sure, stress-free experience. Oh and all the plants look very healthy and have vigor. Oh and I'm on my third order of the season..

I ordered some unusual herbs. I was really impressed when they arrived, especially with the care taken over packing. The plants were exceptional quality too.
I was impressed with communication from the company throughout .
The catalogue is really attractive and informative, and I wanted to place another order immediately, but don’t have room in the garden ☺️
It’s the first time I have used Rocket gardens, but it won’t be the last. Hopefully I will visit next time I am in Cornwall

Good quality plants, well hydrated well packaged. The 4 rather than 5 star was because a reminder was needed for the delivery window.

Very happy with my plants! All arrived well packaged and healthy looking. Delivery itself was mentioned on the website and took about 3-4 weeks which was definitely worth the wait. Will order again next year!

With over 40 yrs of using different plant companies, Rocket Gardens are easily the best in their quality of plants and in their packing & delivery. Not one damaged plant which is highly unusual! Also their catalogue is informative, helpful and easy to use. Well done !

Hate to leave a bad review, but unfortunately have no choice. Ordered some bean plants for my Mum. Unfortunately they arrived incredibly leggy and unhealthy, weak plants. I emailed to complain, but other people heard nothing back, which is very disappointing. Had to order more plants from elsewhere. So £20 down the drain. Obviously wouldn’t recommend.
After leaving this review I was given a refund.

I also truly appreciate the booklet and postcards included in the package—such a lovely touch and help! Despite the journey, the plants look beautiful, and with the sunshine we're currently enjoying, I have no doubt they will thrive wonderfully.

I like most people were looking for the first time on Google - on buying wild flower plug plants. There seems to be a whole new section of the market where company's are relatively new. Loved Rocket Gardens right from the start. Had a few questions which were asked and found that the advisors were answering in their own time later that evening.
Placed the order and was kept informed every step of the way until the plugs were delivered on Sunday evening. Could have cried when I saw the attention to detail and all the little plugs looking just perfect. Can't wait to plant them in my little patch of ground which is all ready for the big Plant Up...

I ordered my plants3 months ago and despite the sunniest spring on record, I recieved barely viable Kale plugs, weedy unhealthy tomatoes that likely wont fruit this late and basil 'plants' that are just sprouts clumped together rather than proper plants.
I had emailed Paige to ensure I recieved well developed plugs etc, but that made no difference.
She acknowledged the error but hasnt got back to me about either replacements or refunds.
I only use this company because they dont use plastic, but they are so obviously a rip off that its not worth it.
Will be using someone else from now on.
Online shopping is increasingly the Wild west when it comes to ethical trading.
