Once the ring was ordered I had continuous contact with the support team about changing dates and updating information on my order. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

I decided to get engaged about 3 days before my proposal. I really wanted to propose with the actual ring. I have no clue how they pulled it off, but Rockher somehow managed to build me my custom ring with a stunning diamond in time for my proposal. Rock Her was a fantastic place to go for an engagement ring !!!! From Rosi which is the A.I., which you put in your budget and you can adjust your filters and it shows you rings in that budget. Or you can choose to build your own ring.
The entire staff who helped Shawn, Teresa, and Isaac were there every step of the way!!! Any questions I had about the ring Shawn and Teresa answers my emails or called me back within mins with answers and Isaac was awesome helping me through the payment process!! The ring shipped out and I received it overnight!! It is beautiful with the inscription that I wanted!! I can’t wait to post the pics!!
