Poor customer service.
Never reply to the emails. Phone line constantly engaged.
Order and paid an item last 16/05/2022. Promised a delivery in 9 working days. Nothing happen. Just want my refund in full and no more deals in the future. Highly NOT recommended at all.

Sent me damaged products and are coming up with every excuse they can think of to not refund me and make me pay $60 to send their trash back to china even though their website says "If products arrive damaged we will wave the return shipping" BS! I was going to buy about $4,000 worth of their products for my store but if this is how they treat their customers forget it. Now I'm out over $100 and they don't give two craps.

I always dream to have an amethyst ,and I found the company in Google searching for a big amethyst stone and a beautiful ring until I find this Rocks & Co.I recive a beautiful and stoning peace,I'm so amazed about the stone and quality of the product,the shipping so fast even a day before the day it suppost to arrive.The book the send me as a gift ahhhhhhh,so perfect,so majestic the ring . Definitely I'm going to buy more pieces

Since Rocks and Co moved to Germany things have gone rapidly down hill. The commentary and description are only in German with not even English subtitles so you have very little information on which to decide weather you wish to make a purchase. My shipment took two weeks to arrive because I was asked to pay import duty before it could be delivered. If it wasn’t for the exceptional help provided by Asif at the U K customer service department I would have cancelled my order.

I bought a beautiful white Moonstone silver ring which was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It's even more beautiful than I had anticipated. I had a few questions before I purchased it, and customer service via email was excellent; prompt and very professional. The only draw back is that if you try and reach them via phone, it is almost impossible. Other than that, I would purchase from Rocks & Co. again without any hesitation.

I purchased a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which arrived within 4 days of ordering inclusive of weekend.
The items were securely packaged and included a wonderful book called The Clever Gem Buyer by Gavin Linsell and jewellery boxes to store your jewellery when not in use. The jewellery was wonderful and exactly as I expected. I shall definitely be purchasing other items. Thank you, the attention to detail is very much appreciated.

Very happy with the 2 rings I just received. They look exactly like the photos and arrived in less than a week.
Customer service was great too. I had a query before I ordered, and received a response very quickly.

When my first item did not arrive, I was promptly refunded and offered a voucher with money off my next order. I re-ordered and my lovely olive quartz ring- arrived very quickly. I'm really delighted with this - the stone is such an unusual colour and totally natural. I will certainly be buying from you again!

Fantastic customer service. When the ring I wanted wasn't in stock, they had it made in the size I wanted special. They emailed me promptly when it was back in stock for me to purchase. It arrived within 5 days and it was absolutely perfect. The packaging was beautiful and the added book on gems was a nice touch. Beautiful and high quality. Just what I asked for. Really pleased.

I found Rocks & Co provide fantastic customer service from the start, by people who care very much about those making purchases with them. This is the first item I have ordered with them but I am sure I will be a returning customer. The high quality of the ring I bought was stunning, from the detailed design, the cut and quality of the stones, all phenomenal, and the very reasonable price too, I heartily and highly recommend this company! The purchasing experience was worthy of note too; I phoned because I had a quick query and the person on the phone couldn’t have been more pleasant, informative, friendly and helpful, thank you. The ring arrived in the time-frame I was given and was very, very well packaged. Inside was a ring box for my purchase to go in, a book about gemstones, a certificate of authenticity and my order/ receipts. The ring I bought is one I’ll wear every day, and it’s been heartening how many people have commented on it admiringly. Mainstream high-street shops just don’t sell the size stones, the level of design, nor do they offer anything similar for the price so it’s really caught people’s eyes. I hope that, like me, you enjoy purchasing lovely jewellery with Rocks & Co!

I have been purchasing beautiful jewellery from this company for many years. The quality, weight and amazing gemstone variety are second to none. Whilst there are lots of jewellery outlets one can choose from I do always return to this company. The selection is always changing, their designs are so beautiful and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Customer care is superb and even returns are handled professionally with return prepaid labels - very useful when choosing which items to keep!

Really quick delivery from Germany and customer service were helpful and quick on the communication front. My item is beautiful I’d use this company again :-)

First order went astray. Contacted the company and Asif was more than brilliant in dealing with the issue. Refunded the monies paid immediately. I placed an order for a replacement Asif ensured the order was delivered within 48 hour period as it was a present and required quickly. This chap went more than the extra mile to rectify the problem. I cannot recommend the company and especially Asif highly enough for the superb service. A rare commodity nowadays. Thank you Asif. Ordered a ring a month ago not received. Was told it
was coming from Germany. Asked for refund but told
"wait for the ring." Nothing has happened.
As it is over 30 days since the date of the order,
have taken advice and been told to refer the matter
to "small claims court" on line. Which I am going to do.
