The dark chocolate mint creams were a gift for a friend who usually has Benedict’s. He enjoyed the chocolates. However, I was offered one to try and although the chocolate was a better quality, with a... See more

Poor choice of DPD delivery service
The use of DPD to do deliveries is a poor choice
The chocolates were a birthday gift not received until 3 days late because the driver was too lazy to attempt delivery and/or did not read the delivery instructions
As a result I will not be using your service again while you continue to use DPD
All delivered to time and chocolates…
All delivered to time and chocolates excellent.
Always exciting to receive an order
Always exciting to receive an order. Thank you. My daughter will be delighted.
Perhaps the best chocolate anywhere...amazing
Much of the world claims to make the best chocolate. Swiss chocolate is amazing, and the three top end chocolate shops in Paris make chocolate that will make one swoon. But Rococo, in the UK no less (land of mushy peas) makes the best chocolates I have ever had...and I have had a lot. Often sold out (sadly) I should report that it is terrible so fewer people buy it, but I just cannot disrespect chocolate like that. It has to be savored to be believed...but you will not be sorry.
DELIVERED OVER 6 MONTHS LATER - MOULDY
Order was received over 6 months later - mouldy. Apparently the post office said it was delivered on time, and I have given up trying to resolve with customer service.
Beautiful Chocolates
These chocolates are beautiful. A particular friend's favourite. Very special. Combine with great design and packaging. Very quick delivery and reliable. I am very happy.
Delicious scorched almonds and jelly…
Delicious scorched almonds and jelly babies and bought with 20% discount BUT horrified at the size of the packets which must be at least half as small as they were for more money. I’d rather pay more for a larger bag, feel cheated. We have bought from rococo for years.
Received order promptly
Received order promptly. I think these are the best rose and violet creams out there. I also used to like the Geranium and Lavender too. The chocolate is very good and the creams have a definite flavour of rose and violet.
Fabulous chocolates and spot on…
Fabulous chocolates and spot on delivery and service
Overpriced, very disappointing chocolate
Both the chocolate and the item were mediocre. £35 for an Easter Egg with holes in, and whose chocolate is re-melted industrial couverture no better than Hotel Chocolat? Only reason I haven't given 1 star is because customer service were gracious. Sadly the replacement chocolate equally poor. Such a fall from previous form.
perfect!
Very quick delivery, lovely customer service and delicious chocolate - thank you!

Disingenuous free box of chocolates…
Disingenuous free box of chocolates offer. Received email at 7pm offering free box of chocolates (choice of two boxes) to show “sincere appreciation for your continued support”. Terms at end of email said available while stocks last. Attempted to order at 1am on 16 August. Website confirmed availability of both boxes of chocolates but on entry of promotion code message said”gift has reached its usage limit”. Stock is clearly available, Rococco simply doesn’t want to honour the offer that it made.
Not fresh products
£50 for a box of chocolates that expire in 2 month. Definitely not a fresh product.
Avoid!!!!
Always a well enjoyed gift!!
As is always the case the gifts I ordered to be delivered to my daughter and son in law arrived as anticipated and they sent me a delighted message of thanks.
Easy to navigate the site
Easy to navigate the site. Great flavours on offer, with a few good deals. Chocolate arrived a few days later, well packaged, and tastes glorious.
