Dear Sir,

Even if delivery time was little bit more important than excpected , I well reiceved goods.
Quality of ordered parts are fully metting my requirements.
Many tanks to Roemer Juweliers for their help and serious to bypass facetious sub contractor in charge of shipping goods.

Something went wrong with the delivery of your parcel. Our carrier PostNL started an investigation, the Parcel is somewhere in France, once they traced the Parcel they will sent it back to our office. Today I will ship your order again, at the end of the Day you’ll receive a track trace code in your mail box. I apologise for the inconvenience.
