Vor Ort wurde keinerlei Kontrolle durchgeführt – die Liegenschaft wurde nicht einmal begangen. Die versprochene kostenlose Vorsorge-Kontrolle der Abwasserleitungen fand nicht statt, stattdessen nur eine Offerte ohne das Objekt gesehen zu haben. Sehr unseriöses Verhalten von

Ich würde diese Firma nicht empfehlen, wir hatten ein verstopftes Rohr und hatten Sie gerufen für die Leckortung und Reinigung.
Sie haben das Problem nicht gefunden und gesagt die Kamera kommt nicht durch das Rohr, dann gabs eine Teure Rechnung für ein paar Fotos + CD, Unverschämtheit, habe alles reklamiert und um Erklärung gebeten, es kam sofort eine Mahnung, nach 6 Wochen hin und her wurde der Rechnungsbetrag reduziert. Wir haben eine andere Firma geholt, die mit Ihrer Kamera durchkam und das Problem gelöst hat. Bei Interesse kann ich die gerne weiterempfehlen.
