I gave the score because I got my money…

I gave the score because I got my money back and the guy that sorted it was kind and helpful, other than that the service was abysmal, the charger was lite up, downloaded the app, put money on. Only to find the point was not listed in the app, only to find out the app is no longer in use. Then the new app also didn’t list it, if it’s not available then someone should label it as such.

Lukasz Wozniak was extremely helpful.

EVO technician Lukasz Wozniak was extremely helpful in getting me to understand how to work my way around the app and to set up the timed schedule that I was having trouble with. Talked me through everything.

Well done to Chittoo

Struggling to reconnect my EVO charger after installing new router - rang helpline ( should have done this to start with !) phone answered very quickly- CHITOO was extremely helpful, patient , understanding and kind and talked me through the resetting .
She performed a miracle ! 😊 and I’m now a ver happy ROLEC customer. Excellent customer service and an excellent ambassador for ROLEC - BIG THANKS

Repeated broken promises to arrange a…

Repeated broken promises to arrange a fix for a faulty charging point under warranty and impossible to get an answer from their support line.
Contacted their MD via Linkedin who also promised me a review by their ops director: still nothing!
Next stop is Trading Standards!

Out installer let us down but Rolec delivered

Our car charger had developed a fault and was still in warranty. Our original installer referred us on to Rolec, and I dealt with Lukasz Wozniak, who really made the process much easier than I had imagined. He was very helpful, kept me informed of what was happening, and within a week the charger had been changed.

Lukaz has a lot of patience

Lukaz has a lot of patience. My knowledge of EV chargers was zero before Lukaz took me slowly and clearly through the set up and understanding of his product. I would rate him 10/10 in every aspect of his service.

Absolutely first rate customer service…

Absolutely first rate customer service by Lukasz Wozniak resolved the initial issue (which was user error…) then went on to explain exactly how to schedule charging and loads of other really helpful information. Can’t recommend highly enough.
