Two different box two different experience
Had a faulty charging unit rolec Qubev at my new build - it was a pain right when i plugged in first time with inefficient app and complicated settings.. initially installer came to check and spent hours ensuring right setting and also switches inside the box.. it took 2 to 3 days for full change.. many times i drove to work with less charge and end up paying £40 on public charges... at home more then £300 a month spent charging during peak time.. finally lukasz from Rolec called n after through 45 min of troubleshooting even thought there was no error code he rightly identified the problem with slow charging of 1kwph and replaced the unit.
However this 5 star is for Lukasz as he followed all the escalation process and got me a better model (Evo) and I can't tell you what a relief it is.. better app better device and just made my life easy every time I plug in - such a relief
He is an asset to your company as he went above and beyond calling multiple times to ensure I'm fully setup and I'm aware of the courier and delivery of the replacement - I'm very busy hence do not get time for reviews etc but this is for to your fabulous service I'm taking time out for the review.
One suggesting - either upgrade Qubev app and box or discontinue it from the service ( it have troubled customer all over the forums) - at £400 Evo is most upgraded with new tech - even if a new build builder approach you for cheapest option just do Evo it will help drastically reduce calls to your tech support and save you money long term
Just waited for over 2hrs to speak to…
Just waited for over 2hrs to speak to someone, in the end I had to cut off the call, went from 6no in the que to no 1, stayed there for over an hour, what kind of problem can someone have if it takes an hour to talk through, not the best experience & still the issue exists.

Plug and Play cofiguration
Had an issue configuring for plug and play contacted ROLEC technical support by email, was called by Lukasz Wozniak to assist.
Unit was successfully configured remotely after following some instructions, unit fully tested by Lukasz and now operational as we required.
Took about 30mins to complete from start to finish.

RFID Cards
Ellie was really helpful with setting up the RFID cards for our new Rolec EV charger. She explained the process carefully and got everything sorted out really quickly.

Great Friendly Service. Lukasz was fantastic. He walked me through each step of charging as well as explaining the Ev charging Station per section.
He even gave me valuable advice on settings on my Car, I.e. Time Zones that affect charging start times.

RTR engineer was excellent
RTR engineer was excellent. On time, diagnosed and resolved all issues.
Only concern is this si teh 3rd time teh PCB has burnt out and we are concerned that it may be a parts quality issue. It only happens on the newer ROLEC charging units, not the older ones.
