I bought a set of these doors 15 months…

I bought a set of these doors 15 months ago. Whilst I was on holiday they malfunctioned and opened fully on their own. My neighbours were unable to keep them closed! They just kept opening.
Eventually my Neighbours disconnected the power and lowered them manually.

We returned from holiday at the weekend and I contacted the company on Monday, Tuesday and today Thursday. To date they have not discussed my issue. They know I am having to operate them manually as I can't trust them to stay safely shut. Beware if you have these doors or are thinking of buying them!
